Actually nothing, I believed and still believe in the product because of the security. I sincerely wish it adapted to the android platform and changed its form-factor quicker to match the cosmetics of Samsung Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our goal was to locate a product that surpasses the average industry anti-virus scanner. We also needed a cloud solution for virus reporting and PCI compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BlackBerry Services?

Cyclance has an EXCELLENT reporting system. Cylance continues to amaze us with the threats that it discovers and quarantines on a daily basis. The Optics platform learns the overall environment and proactively removes threats from our client devices. We are beyond pleased with the software and it's results. What do you dislike about BlackBerry Services?

Sometimes the interface can be slow when it comes to loading reports. This isn't a huge deal. The software does require training for the help desk staff as it is not always inherently intuitive. Also, not a big deal. I really do not have any major (or minor) complaints about the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BlackBerry Services:

You will love their cloud product. The Cylance agent does need to be deployed to client machines, and SysAdmins need to take the time to waive threats globally, as Cylance is particularly sensitive and does have a lot of false positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
