"Consolidated Our Event Stack, Delighted Sponsors"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

What I like most is the Klik smart badge technology, it's the future, and it changed our sponsor relationship more than anything else on the platform. Before using it, our sponsors complained that manually scanning QR codes for their lead table was awkward and slow, but the batch tap approach changed that completely. At our last major conference in May 2026, sponsors could tap to batch with attendees during natural conversation without interrupting anything. The lead data that came back was ten times more accurate and included session engagement context that QR scanning didn't capture. Our sponsor satisfaction scores went from five to nine, and we secured early renewals for the following year, simply because the lead retrieval process was so effortless and the data was so accurate. Most of our sponsors now renew their sponsorship as soon as the event is over. I also like that registration check-in works smoothly now. The self-service integration updates in real time and QR code check-in handles walk-ins in seconds without anyone queuing. The registration bottlenecks that used to consume the first hours of every morning just don't happen anymore. Setting up the second event moved significantly faster because the templates and integrations were already in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

{"I think they should improve the CSS editing workflow, because it is the most friction point for our team. You cannot add CSS directly within a section. First, you have to give a class, then go to the CSS section and add the CSS there.","The first setup took several weeks to configure properly. It was a significant setup investment for our team, even though later events moved much faster once templates and integrations were in place."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Event Management with Flexible API"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I like the API flexibility of Bizzabo. Our development team specifically wanted to know about this before we committed, and it has delivered on what was promised. We can pull event data into our website to display upcoming events, synchronize registrations with our CRM in real-time, and build custom integrations with internal tools faster than expected. The API is well-documented and works as it says, which separates Bizzabo from other tools that look similar but lock you into their own ecosystem. Also, the platform is accessible enough for the marketing team to customize event page colors and basic elements without developer involvement, which is convenient for us. What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

The ticket transfer process has been slow and involves multiple steps, which often results in missing data for the new registrant. Our team then has to manually follow up to gather the information that should've been carried over automatically. This extra admin work is frustrating when it should be seamless. The customer success team tries to help, but there are limits on how quickly product changes happen. The CSS customization workflow is clunky, requiring unnecessary steps that feel cumbersome for anyone used to more direct design tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Tools By Bizzabo To Streamlines Event Management, Needs Website Editor Improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I enjoy operating Bizzabo because of the native companion mobile event apps and its smart attendee networking engine, which are incredibly well executed. Attendees can download the apps, build their professional profiles, and instantly match with relevant peers or sponsors based on shared industry interests and goals. This makes my work incredibly easy and saves time by removing the tedious tasks of scheduling, coordination, and manually updating event changes. If a speaker changes rooms or agenda shifts at the last minute, I don't have to send out frantic emails or edit printed guides. I can simply update the central console, and changes push instantly to thousands of user apps. It's really easy, well-managed, and makes large event management effortless for me. What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I think Bizzabo needs improvement with its built-in event website builder and agenda layout tools. Both tools can feel incredibly clunky. The basic templates work fine for simple landing pages, but when trying to design a highly customized multi-track agenda view with specific multi-zone branding, the layout editor becomes very fiddly. Elements of a draft appear awkwardly on mobile screens and it requires a lot of trial and error tweaking to get things looking clean. There needs to be an update to the website editor with a more fluid and intuitive drag-and-drop grid system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bizzabo Improves Transformative Event Management with Real-Time Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

Things that is good about Bizzabo is the event intelligence dashboard, which is something our team looks at during the event day itself, not just afterward. You can see live session attendance numbers, which rooms are at capacity, and where people are spending time across the venue in real time. At our last summit, we noticed a breakout session filling up much faster than expected, and we were able to move it to a larger room before it became a problem. That kind of real-time decision-making was not possible before, and it has changed how our operation team manages the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

Bridge printing setup on event day is more complicated than it should be. Connecting the printers to the system reliably takes longer than scheduled, and we've had to call support during setup more than once. For larger scale in-person events, this connection process needs to be more reliable and straightforward. Any technical issues on the morning of a live event create unnecessary stress at exactly the wrong moment. Also, the learning curve was steep for the first event. Anyone expecting to build a complex multi-chat conference quickly will need to allow more time than they initially planned for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful event management ecosystem with limited customization options"
5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

As an Event Operations Manager at a mid-sized organization, my primary responsibility is overseeing the entire lifecycle of our corporate events, which range from intimate regional workshops to large-scale annual hybrid conferences. I use Bizzabo as our central command center to handle everything from launching the initial registration websites and managing speaker portals to executing seamless onsite check-ins and facilitating virtual streaming. We essentially use it to bridge the gap between our field marketing efforts and our sales pipeline by capturing detailed attendee engagement data throughout the entire event journey. What I appreciate most about Bizzabo is how it consolidates a traditionally fragmented tech stack into one unified ecosystem. Before this, we had to patch together different platforms for ticketing, mobile apps, and virtual streaming, which was a nightmare for data syncing. With Bizzabo, the data flows effortlessly. Their attendee mobile app is fantastic, very intuitive, and adoption rates among our users have been incredibly high. However, the absolute standout feature for our onsite operations is their Klik SmartBadge technology. It completely gamifies the networking experience for attendees, allowing them to exchange contact information just by clicking their badges together. This not only elevates the attendee experience but also provides my team with incredibly granular data on session dwell times and foot traffic patterns, which is invaluable for future event planning. Additionally, their customer success team is highly proactive and has walked us through several last-minute technical hurdles during live event days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

Despite its robust capabilities, the platform falls noticeably short when it comes to design flexibility. The website and email builders are heavily template-driven, which constantly frustrates our graphic design team. When we try to implement custom branding or specific CSS overrides to match our corporate identity, we hit a wall because the system is quite rigid. Furthermore, the backend administrative interface can feel very cluttered and overwhelming. When managing multiple overlapping events, navigating through the nested menus to find a simple setting takes way too many clicks. I also find their native reporting tools to be somewhat basic. If I need a highly specific cross-event analytical report, I usually have to export the raw data into Excel and build it myself. Finally, the pricing model is quite steep for a mid-sized company, especially because crucial features like advanced integrations or premium onsite support are treated as expensive add-ons. "Bizzabo Is A Comprehensive Event Management, But Lacks Customization Flexibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

What I liked is the speaker portal feature in Bizzabo. It's something I didn't initially expect to appreciate as much as I do. Speakers can log in themselves, upload their headshot and bio, and manage their own session details. Before this, we had to email back and forth to collect the same information, which was time-consuming. This feature alone saves our team hours every event cycle. The attendees' networking features are also genuinely good. People can see who else is attending, request meetings, and the app suggests connections based on shared interests. At our last conference, a few attendees told us that the networking part of the app was one of the highlights of the event, which was great to hear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

Customization in Bizzabo is limited. You can change color and image, but if you want a layout that goes beyond the preset block, you will hit a wall pretty fast. Our design team is frustrated because the final patch does not enable them to achieve exactly what they want. In addition, the check-in process at events is clunky and becomes stressful when there is a line of people. That part of the experience needs a proper fix. And finally, the pricing is also not straightforward. You have to go through a full sales conversation before anyone gives you a number, which makes early-stage budget planning really difficult. "Bizzabo: Seamlessly Powers Our Hybrid Events"
5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

What I like the most is the native mobile event app builder in Bizzabo to be very valuable for our on-site events. The interface lets us deploy fully branded mobile guides, and our attendees can personalize their daily session schedules, participate in live speaker Q&As, and scan QR codes on other attendees' badges to exchange digital business cards seamlessly. This functionality really simplifies things for both us and the attendees, eliminating tedious manual workflows. Additionally, I appreciate the out-of-the-box integration with Salesforce, which is remarkably direct. It allows our marketing operations team to map ticket sales and attendee check-in status directly to our lead records without needing any custom webhook code or data mapping scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I think some improvement is needed with the custom email marketing layout because the editor is highly restrictive. Trying to format a responsive, multicolumn HTML newsletter for speaker enhancement frequently results in event padding issues. We had font scaling errors when viewed across different desktop versions or mobile application. They need to update their email canvas engine with more flexible modern design rules. "Revolutionized Our Event Management with Seamless Integration By Using Bizzabo"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I love how easy to automated speaker and moderator portal Bizzabo offers, which has been incredibly valuable. Instead of our team manually chasing down dozens of presenters via email for their updated slides, headshots, and biographies, the platform sets up individual tasks for the speakers. It handles the deadline reminders automatically and allows them to upload their material straight to the session schedule. Additionally, integrating our Salesforce CRM with Bizzabo was remarkably easy and fast. The integration interface helps us meet our attendees' registration details, ticketing, and participation tracking over our existing sales pipeline using a clean field matching layout that doesn't require any custom API scripting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

The email marketing template customization is quite limited and not user-friendly when editing, especially for creating a visually unique pre-event list or a complex multicolumn HTML. It feels very restrictive as the design blocks frequently shift alignment or break, particularly when viewed on a mobile screen. There needs to be a more flexible, modern drag-and-drop email designer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bizzabo: Streamlined Event Management with Intuitive Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

The best of Bizzabo is with their 'klik' wearable technology really beneficial as it makes a big difference to our operation. It simplifies my work because attendees can exchange contact info easily by clicking their badges together, eliminating the need for awkward phone scanning. This results in a significant increase in measurable networking interaction and makes social interaction easy. Additionally, the initial setup with its conditional registration logic was surprisingly intuitive and easy to follow, allowing us to create a single registration form that automatically displays different ticket statuses and custom questions, significantly cutting our form building time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I wish they would improve the cross event analytical dashboard because it is quite cumbersome to manage. I would love to see a more streamlined way to compare performance metrics across multiple events side by side, without having to manually export separate CSV files and merge them into external tools. "Streamlined Event Management with Bizzabo, Slight Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I appreciate how Bizzabo streamlines my event management by integrating registrations, communications, attendee tracking, and reporting into one platform, which saves time and enhances visibility throughout the event lifecycle. It allows me to focus more on delivering a successful event by improving visibility into event performance and helping me stay organized during planning and execution. The platform is very straightforward to set up for webinars, especially with the time it saves and the detailed reporting it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

The platform itself for a new learner and beginner is slightly complicated. Could be made a bit more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
