## BidJS Reviews
  ### 1. Personal Touch and API Integrations Make It Worthwhile

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about BidJS?**

I appreciate the personal touch, and I also like the ability to use APIs for integration.

**What do you dislike about BidJS?**

There are some growing pains and a few features missing that larger systems have. Still, it’s worth it for the personal touch and the customization we like.

**What problems is BidJS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to run a professional live auction and collect the auction information we need for our internal back-house product.

  ### 2. Strong Auction Software

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikita V. | Marketing Manager CRM, Machinery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about BidJS?**

It is fairly easy to implement and embed as a part of your website.

Our existing listings were auctioned, timing and all settings were in place. We also had full control of data shown and could fix errors.

Mobile version is available.

**What do you dislike about BidJS?**

Barely customizable to fully match the website and not enough available translations.

Pricing could be done better depending on the size of auctions and traction.

Support and documentation were not always there, we relied on internal knowledge and solutions.

Tracking had to be completely re-done for pages with auctions.

**What problems is BidJS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live bidding online for our customers with clear deadlines.
Ability to setup future auctions.
Solves GDPR and other important issues related to bidding and auctions.

  ### 3. Very simple to setup, friendly efficient support team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roger L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about BidJS?**

I was able to add BidJS to our existing Wordpress website in less than a day.

It is lightweight, fully-featured and easy to get started.

We have yet to conduct live webcast sales as Covid-19 meant we had to suspend these.

However, BidJS is now integrated with our back-office systems and we expect to launch our online car remarketing marketplace soon.

**What do you dislike about BidJS?**

It took a while to find my way around the documentation but in the main, this is because it is very detailed.

**What problems is BidJS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to add webcast and timed auctions to our business.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

It's quite easy to navigate with the bottoms having titles on them, so you don't have to guess what the icon means.
