What do you like best about Beyond?

What do you dislike about Beyond?

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the competitive analysis at the individual property level. What do you like best about Beyond?

I like that Beyond is an easy-to-use and intuitive platform that provides valuable information for decision-making. Its ease of use helps reduce the workload in managing accommodation listings. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beyond?

I suggest improving or completing the information regarding some functionalities, including the performance indicator (and how to improve it); allow modifications from Beyond to the connected platforms (for example, blocking nights or manual rate modification); and allow access to comparative analytical information of the city (area), even if you have the basic subscription. What do you like best about Beyond?

Beyond helps to streamline and automate our pricing strategy and maximise revenue in-line with landlords' and business strategies. Additionally, the support team and monthly meetings are incredibly helpful with great insight into the market, Ana especially has always been amazingly helpful, communicative and taught me all i know regarding beyond, thank you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beyond?

Nothing really, I think there are some features, such as changeover days, that would be a nice addition. However, beyond is constantly evolving, and I'm excited to see what it comes out with next Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Beyond?

I’m really impressed with how they’ve integrated Neyoba. Being able to ask natural language questions about portfolio performance instead of hunting through data tables is a massive time-saver for any property manager. What do you dislike about Beyond?

While the 1% of revenue model is great for those starting out, it can become quite expensive for high-revenue luxury portfolios. I’d love to see Beyond offer a tiered or capped pricing model for professional managers who have high-performing properties like villas, where a flat fee might be more sustainable than a percentage of gross revenue. What do you like best about Beyond?

What do you like best about Beyond?

Amazing team actually I don’t ever see a product with an amazing team like they have. I was dependent of a part of their product that was deprecated, the they keep it active for me, they are just amazing. They really listen and adapt their product based on user feedback. The fact that they have professional representatives who speak your language and knows the market (in my case Portugal) and their customer service always available, as well as the key account manager Inês, which is very important for the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
