It's convenient in that sense. **What do you dislike about Beyond?** You have to pick a base price. I have no idea how to do that. Shouldn't you guys pick a price based on the data you have. **Recommendations to others considering Beyond:** Use it since it saves times **What problems is Beyond solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems is it's hard to understand how it works. Like how is it different than Airbnb smart pricing. **Official Response from Ha Nguyen:** > Thank you so much for your feedback. When you first connect your account you will see that there is an initial Base Price created for your listing. This is created by taking a look at your pricing for the next 60 days and adjusting for Seasonality in order to achieve roughly the same revenue you would at your current prices. This is just a reference point to get you started. You should always assess and adjust the Base Price before syncing your listing. If you have been renting out your property for awhile, you should set your Base Price at the average price you've been getting bookings at. For example, if you charge $200 per night in the summer and $150 in the winter, the average is $175. You can set your first Base Price at $175. If you simply have a weekday and a weekend price, it would be the average of those two.
