It’s quite easy to use and offers a solid suite of document template tools. The analytics showing how long a prospect has spent on a specific section can be very useful, especially for highlighting buyer intent. The web-focused view of the proposal also performs well. Although the web view of the proposals looks good, the download and print options aren’t great. The main issue is that it tries to render a landscape layout into a portrait PDF, which throws off the formatting and makes the output look misaligned. It also doesn’t let you include multiple pricing tables in a single proposal, which ends up forcing you to send multiple proposals and can skew the pipeline figures. It's such an easy system to use. It's great value for money and has completely changed the game for my business. It would be helpful if we could create an e-mail template specific to each template that we have and a custom post-signature message. It would also be helpful if Zapier was able to pull through "contract signed" as well as "proposal signed" and the API integration allowed distinction between which documents have been signed as this would help the automations much easier. Clunky interface, glitchy. Signature portion did not work, so I spent hours creating a custom proposal for my client and ultimately he wasn't able to sign. It was impossible to put my logo in the upper left hand corner of the presentation, so it just showed "Your Logo Here".

Not sure how anyone uses a software for thier proposals that's this problematic and unintuitive. Was very surprised to see all the positive reviews here.

This platform seriously needs to grow up! You can't export a proposal/agreement to a doc for anyone to redline, which means you waste hours of time copy/pasting and reformatting all of the content. Once you have looked around teh system and created your perfect proiposal deisgn, the additions make the process so easy, to get a job signed off before better proposals was a long process that invloved many emails, better proposals cuts all thsi out and saves you time, all you need to do is make sure you spend some time on desiging your correct proposal, somthing you would think WOW if you received it, then yu will be happy you did becsue the job will be signed off with ease.
