Beauceron offers valuable knowledge and a reporting tool, the Phish Button, which allows our end users to report suspicious emails. As a result, our users have become much better at recognizing phishing attempts, reporting them, and understanding how to safeguard the data they handle. The reporting features make it straightforward to keep executives updated on our progress. Beauceron Security has made it easy for us to provide security awareness training and realistic phishing simulations to our employees. We love the immediate feedback on reported emails, which turns phishing attempts into tangible learning opportunities. The Analyst add-on is especially valuable, allowing us to proactively prevent incidents by quickly removing suspicious emails from all employees’ inboxes. intuitive, and offers the right level of customization for our needs. Managing campaigns and tracking results doesn’t feel like a chore, and the insights are presented in a way that makes sense at both the technical and leadership level. What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

The portal for end users is easy to navigate, and logically laid out. The gamification of Risk and Engagement scores helps to keep users interested in using the platform long term. Their training library, while not expansive, contains excellent content. The Analyst tool is easy to use and definitely helps to speed up triaging reported suspicious emails. What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

What problems is Beauceron Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for a Cybersecurity Awareness Training Platform that supported phishing simulations, and the Beauceron tool met or exceeding almost all of our needs. We automatically onboard users through the Office 365 integration, putting them in the desired divisions where training and phish simulations are assigned. The reporting tools allow us to see trends across the college, and highlight ares of focus for potential professional development days. Annual refresher training is easy to customize, assign, and track as well. We needed a platform that would work for mandatory training and phishing simulations for our staff, and offer optional training for our students - Beauceron fit the bill. "Review of Beauceron Security"

What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

We've been using Beauceron for a couple of years now and continue to be pleased with the platform. The phishing campaigns combined with the ability to assign specified security awareness courses to our users are essential for increasing our company's security posture.

Beauceron allows for a lot of customization (ability to create our own courses, modify/create phishing templates) which is an added plus.

Implementation and setup of the platform is very straightforward.

Customer support is also outstanding; any time we've had questions, support replies in a very quick and helpful fashion. We also have check-in calls with the Beauceron team to go over any new features that have been released/are soon to be released, and to go over any questions and/or suggestions we may have.

"Easy to adopt and great value for security awareness"

What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

Beauceron is very easy to roll out. It provides effective, easy to consume security awareness. The phishing simulations are effective and actionable. Very easy to integrate with Google Workspaces. The support experience is great. We've gotten detailed assistance implementing customized phishing. Our users regularly log in and are on top of the training modules. "Great for employee awarness"

What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

The courses and simulated phishing emails are all well done, and if you need anything more, the marketplace is full of new items (both courses and phishing email templates). Should a user click any of the simulated emails, they are notified and assigned a remediation course; this is great! Giving instant feedback to users about behaviours that need to change makes the change easier.

As an administrator, the reports are also handy to track behaviour trends over longer time periods.

Beauceron runs 24/7 at our organization, and we couldn't be happier.

What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

Beauceron has great integrations and allows for importing of the most common types for training- it's adaptable and though built for Cybersecurity specifically we've found great use for it in compliance training as well.

The granularity of its groups allows us to target specific OUs within our organization to easily roll out tailored training for specific jurisdictions and more importantly to track the score for each team so that we can "game-ify" cybersecurity awareness and encourage autoproliferation within the organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

The one thing I'd mention is Beauceron's training courses available in its course gallery are EN and FR only. Though you're free to upload your own training it does not by default have content widely available for other languages such as spanish, arabic, chinese, etc.
