BatchIQ NZ Reviews & Product Details

Traceability and compliance for food producers in New Zealand and Australia on a Food Control Plan, National Programme or RMP. Search any code — supplier lot, batch or pack — and walk the chain either way: back to the ingredients and their suppliers, or forward through batches, bins, pack runs and dispatches to the customers holding stock. That chain is what makes a recall quick. Simulated recalls are timed against your own target and marked passed or failed; real ones give you a contact list to work through. Scope separates trade from consumer channels, so you know whether a ring-around covers it or a notice is needed. It keeps the rest of the paperwork: HACCP monitoring, fridge and freezer temperatures by hand or from probes, approved suppliers, corrective actions, staff training and inductions. A read-only Auditor login can be handed to your verifier. NZ$49 per site per month, unlimited users. Free for 30 days, no credit card, and a live demo you can open without a form.
