The ADC Barracuda Load Balancer is a great device that does what it needs to. It's a no frills added system that is reliable and we have rarely had issues with it. The Barracuda Load Balancer was easy to install, and easy to upgrade on our upgrade renewal plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support team can be difficult to understand and to work with. Usually, a support representative can be accessed immediately. In my most recent issue, six hours of wasted time did not lead to a resolution. I called back and requested a more senior support adviser and was transferred to one of the developers of the ADC system, of which my problem was resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
