Barracuda Cloud to Cloud Backup is extremely easy to use and depoy. I use it in conjunction with our M365 tenant. The customer support during the implementation process was amazing. I have only had to go use it once or twice to actually recover files for users but it was simple and quick to find what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it had an eDiscovery module that i could subscribe to. Seeing how it already backs up outlook and they offer an email defense gateway I am going to keep my fingers crossed that this is on their product roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have really anything abou the product that I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup is very easy and maintaining it is the same. Kind of like a set it and forget it type of thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue I have is that the UI of the recovery of items that have been backed up is a little tedious and can be time consuming trying to filter out exactly what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find bBarracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup to be user friendly. The setup was simple and quick. It supports email, Sharepoint, Teams, and OneDrive. The intergration took only minutes to complete. The few times I have contacted technical support they have been responcive and answered questions with in the first contact.

The one thing I find least helpful about the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup is finding a single file. This is specificly a problem when looking for a specific file on the most recent version when some one deleted it and doesn't know when. A search box that lists top x instances would be benificial. The setup with MS365 was very simple with only a few clicks. Testing and reporting are fairly straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI isn't the cleanest and even after taking the Barracuda Campus classes, it took a few tries to find the options/settings I was looking for. Nothing extreme, just not where I intuitively thought they would be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to recover down to the file level is essential in a true cloud-to-cloud solution, and depth of indexing is key in tracking those changes. Seeing version histories directly within the product main pages is key to obtaining access to the desired information expeditiously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Load timeouts within extensively large data sets can be quite frustrating. Even within a high bandwidth capable network (5GB symmetrical up/down) still have several occurrences of load errors especially when navigating to versions deep within the data time frames. Generally able to page refresh and begin the process again with considerable success, but generates some frustration in short time framed requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best is the simplicty of the system. It works well and is easy to restore and backup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don't like is when you are doing a restore job, it does not update you with any progress. You see that it is restoring and then when it is done. But you don't get a progress bar along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
