BankBI Reviews & Product Details

BankBI is a cloud-based financial performance management and banking analytics platform designed to assist financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, and microfinance networks, in automating their financial reporting and gaining actionable insights into their operations. By integrating seamlessly with core banking systems and general ledgers, BankBI enables organizations to monitor and manage their financial performance on a daily basis without the need for manual data handling. One of the primary features of BankBI is its ability to automate the generation of financial reports and dashboards. This automation allows finance teams to save significant time on recurring tasks such as KPI tracking, variance analysis, and month-end performance reporting. For instance, institutions have reported saving 10-15 hours weekly on these tasks and preparing board packs twice as fast with pre-built reports and visualizations. Additionally, the platform facilitates a 30-50% reduction in budgeting and forecasting cycles, enabling these processes to be completed in hours rather than days. BankBI offers a comprehensive suite of tools to enhance financial management. The Financial Performance module provides daily balance sheet and income statement reports, key financial ratios dashboards, and board pack reporting. This ensures that decision-makers have access to up-to-date financial data, allowing for more informed strategic planning and performance monitoring. The Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting module replaces traditional, often inconsistent Excel workbooks with an agile, user-friendly system. It enables institutions to create multi-year strategic plans, annual budgets, and perform continuous reforecasting. Users can predict the effects of loan growth, deposit growth, and interest rate changes on financial performance metrics and key financial indicators, thereby improving foresight and strategic decision-making. For institutions looking to enhance customer and member experiences, the Banking Performance module offers branch analysis capabilities. By connecting to core banking data through prebuilt integrations, organizations can analyze customer behavior, identify trends, and use insights to improve branch and product performance, customer retention, and risk management. The module allows for filtering data by multiple variables, providing full flexibility and oversight. Asset and Liability Reporting is another critical component of BankBI. It enables institutions to move to a daily reporting cycle, aiding in asset and liability management. By automating reports and providing daily data insights, finance teams gain greater oversight, control, and confidence for faster, smarter, and more strategic decisions without waiting on third parties. BankBI's platform is designed with automation and ease of use in mind. Once data is loaded, the platform automates data workflows and populates reports, requiring users only to confirm the reconciled results. This approach reduces reliance on spreadsheets and manual reconciliations, saving time and increasing accuracy. The platform also offers plug-and-play integrations with major core banking systems, ensuring quick and easy connectivity. In summary, BankBI empowers financial institutions to automate their financial reporting processes, gain daily insights into their financial performance, and make data-driven decisions. By reducing manual workloads and providing comprehensive analytics, BankBI helps organizations improve efficiency, accuracy, and strategic planning in their financial operations.
