Badgeforce Reviews & Product Details

BadgeForce is a corporate recognition and rewards platform that turns everyday contributions into XP and rewards the moment they happen, instead of waiting for month-end. Completed tasks, approved certificates, manager kudos and peer thank-yous earn XP, which converts into gold that employees spend in an HR-defined reward market. Employees and managers use the iOS and Android app. Employees follow their progress, streaks and leaderboards there, and managers give kudos and approve requests from their phones. HR configures everything in a web admin panel, with no developer involvement: seasons, XP sources, levels, badges, tasks, approval flows, rewards and reports. Kudos quotas by position level, season resets and approval flows keep the competition fair. Employees can be imported from Excel or synced through Azure AD or LDAP, and reports export to Excel. BadgeForce complements your existing bonus and performance systems rather than replacing them. A bonus rewards the end result. BadgeForce rewards the daily effort that leads to it. It works especially well for field, branch and sales teams. Optional add-on modules include Flexible Benefits, an Alternative Game Module for separate competitions, and AI-generated badge templates in your company’s visual style. You can start with a pilot in one team or region.
