The User Interface is very poor and the application is very bad at automatically identifying domains multiple domains within a Google Workspace environment. The result is that it only backs up the primary domain! But, when we found a better product that does cover our multiple domains, closing our Backupify account has proved to be an absolute nightmare. After almost a month of back and forth with their support team, our account is still not closed and I am able to login and see data still being backed up from our Google account.
