User interface could use some improvement, but nothing terrible. In terms of the larger product, I'd love if they had better sample script for use with something like Duplicity rather than making us write scripts. Something that pre-cans the standard 24 hourly, 7 daily, 4 weekly, 12 monthly, etc. This can be written up by us, but it would be nice if there was some hand holding. The main problem is regarding the payment of the software since it is paid by computer and this is a disadvantage for emergencies or external factors.
