What do you like best about B2Brain?

I use B2Brain for account intelligence, and I really like how specific and actionable the intelligence is. It tells me why I should care by highlighting important buying signals like when a company hires a new CTO or raises a Series B. The platform doesn't just dump data; it pinpoints moments that matter for sales. I also appreciate the Chrome extension which provides a summary of recent activity while I'm browsing a company's LinkedIn page or website. It saves me from switching tabs constantly, making it very convenient. The account timelines are clean and easy to scan, showing bullet points of recent activities like new hires or expansions, which is efficient for quick research. The prioritization feature that sorts accounts by recent activity is a big help in managing my outreach. I like that B2Brain focuses on account intelligence without trying to handle everything in the sales process, staying in its lane and providing quality signals that lead to real responses. What do you dislike about B2Brain?

The main thing is the contact data. It's just not very good. The accuracy of emails is hit or miss, around 60-70%. That’s not reliable enough, so we end up using a separate tool for enrichment. So for now, I pretty much ignore that feature. Another issue is data freshness for smaller companies. For mid-sized and enterprise accounts, B2Brain is great, but for smaller companies under 50 employees, the data gets thinner. About 30% of my territory is smaller accounts, and for those, B2Brain is less useful, meaning I end up doing manual research anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about B2Brain?

I really like that B2Brain is purpose-built for B2B sales teams. It doesn't just give data, but turns that data into actionable, revenue-driving work for our reps, which means it cuts busywork while enhancing every conversation. The AI Conversation Summarization and Auto-CRM Entry feature is a standout; it's significantly better than other tools we've tried. Reps actually rave about it instead of dreading another sales tool. I really appreciate B2Brain’s superpower, which is its ability to source and verify data exclusively for U.S. SMBs in real-time. This feature means no more bad leads or wasted outreach, as it uses key U.S. business databases relevant to small businesses. This real-time data sourcing and verification not only provides accurate data but also transforms our entire U.S. prospecting workflow, making every part of our sales process more efficient, effective, and scalable for our niche U.S. target market. I also liked how incredibly fast and intuitive the initial setup was for my U.S.-based B2B SaaS/retail tech business. It was fully tailored to our U.S. SMB sales needs, and we were up and running with a production-ready sales intelligence hub, complete with CRM integrations, niche prospect filters, team access, and real-time data verification, all in under 30 minutes. What do you dislike about B2Brain?

I find the limited Zapier/Make automation for U.S. workflows frustrating. B2Brain’s low-code automation options are basic with only 'new prospect created' triggers and lack U.S.-specific actions. What do you like best about B2Brain?

Speaking of creating quality pipelines, B2brain's expertise in this area is a game-changer. They have the right information tool for converting potential leads into customers. If it is efficiently used, the TAT for entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure can sustantially come down.

My experience with B2brain has been really good. The tool has helped me to implement effective GTM strategy and improved SDR/BDR efficiency . The Account Intent analysis is a good value proposition.
