"Azion as one of the main strategic partners in cybersecurity."
5/5
What do you like best about Azion?

Over the past year, Azion has transitioned from being just a provider to acting as a strategic partner for Smart Online. What I value most in this relationship is the consistency in deliveries and the transparency from the beginning. The gains in security and stability were quickly noticed, bringing more confidence to support the company's growth. For us, it is essential to have partners who keep up with our pace and contribute to protecting the business as a whole, with clarity and predictability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azion?

As with any solution, there are still points that can be improved. In some situations, the time between a change and its effective application could be more agile. Additionally, it would be useful to have a management panel to monitor the contract metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Azion Services: Elevated Security and Impeccable Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Azion?

"Today we use some services hosted on Azion, such as Authoritative DNS and WAF, which have been fundamental in elevating our level of maturity in Information Security.

From the implementation phase, through the onboarding process to technical support, I can confidently say that I was extremely satisfied with all the deliveries and the quality of service.

The project started in phases, with a PoC (Proof of Concept), and we gradually expanded the use, bringing new authoritative domains to the platform.

The experience with the platform has been excellent — it is intuitive, easy to use, and greatly helps in day-to-day operations, we use it quite frequently.

Another point worth highlighting is the after-sales service. We always receive great support, from the Solutions Engineer and the Account Executive to the Technical Support Team. This constant care makes all the difference and reinforces Azion's commitment to its customers."

"Agile support, clear documentation, and high performance in CDN and security"
5/5
What do you like best about Azion?

Mainly the support. In addition to offering a wide range of robust security and CDN features, Azion stands out for its exceptional service. Whenever contacted, they demonstrate great agility and efficiency to support us when needed. We also rely on the support of the Technical Account Manager, João Alavarce, who constantly presents us with new optimization possibilities and features that we can implement in our assets. Azion's documentation is another great differentiator: clear, complete, and constantly updated, which greatly facilitates the implementation of new functionalities on our own. Since migrating from Akamai to Azion, we have achieved significant savings while maintaining the same level of security and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azion?

We have been using Azion's services for about three years and, so far, we have no negative points to highlight; the experience has been extremely positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched CDN & WAF Performance with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Azion?

I've been a customer for at least five years and consider this one of the best CDN and WAF solutions I've ever used, especially when compared to the best-known options on the market.

It's easy to use, implement, and integrate with just a few clicks, and we use it daily in our operations.

The speed of the solution, provided by the wide distribution of points of presence, along with the low latency perceived by my customers, makes all the difference. In addition to the product itself, what strengthens my partnership the most is being able to count on the Azion team as if they were an extension of my own team. The support is always agile, the responses are quick, and the technical knowledge is unparalleled. I have complete confidence in their work and I don't need to worry about the continuity of my business, even in critical 24/7 operations, because they are always present and working in our favor. This, in fact, makes all the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azion?

I have no complaints; everything is functioning smoothly at the moment. I even suggested some enhancements to the portal that would assist with daily tasks, and they took my feedback seriously, added my ideas to their plans, and implemented them within a few weeks. They consistently pay close attention to their clients and actively look for ways to address any needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable infrastructure and consistent performance at scale"
5/5
What do you like best about Azion?

Azion has become a strategic partner for us. In our first project, we adopted Azion's AI Inference to scale our proprietary AI models automatically, without depending on managed infrastructure. More recently, we co-developed an edge-based card validation architecture integrated with Azion's infrastructure for a client. The system validates each transaction in less than 0.01 seconds, blocking suspicious cards before they even reach the payment engine.

What stands out the most is the combination of scalability, predictability, and reliability. Azion's distributed network keeps performance stable even during massive traffic spikes, and the serverless model allows our engineering team to focus on evolving our AI and security solutions instead of managing servers. The support team is responsive, highly skilled, and truly understands the demands of mission-critical operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azion?

No comments, the support team is attentive and resolves everything quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Console, Strong Edge Security, and S3 Storage for Scalable High Availability"
4/5
What do you like best about Azion?

It offers an easy to use console which can be used to configure edge security and additional security layers via DNS to deploy your web application, guaranteeing high availability and protection against attacks, which are especially necessary in an e-commerce scenario. Also has a storage with S3 protocol, which is usable by any modern application helping with scalability. In our case it is to handle a high number of class contents for our clients to store when creating their lectures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azion?

It has a learning curve, especially if you don't have much experience with web-security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete, Robust, and Secure Platform: Excellent Experience with Azion"
4/5
What do you like best about Azion?

We have been using the Azion platform as Edge protection for a few months now, and so far, it has proven to be quite comprehensive in terms of features, as well as robust in its resilience and, above all, very secure.

The operational team demonstrates great competence and qualification, while the commercial team acts ethically and transparently.

Overall, I consider the product complete, leaving absolutely nothing to be desired compared to international competitors.

I congratulate everyone on the excellent work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azion?

A point that is not exactly negative, but deserves attention, is Azion's Web application firewall. It is quite comprehensive, and if the best practices of secure development (such as those from the OWASP TOP 10) are not followed, these flaws end up becoming evident.

Therefore, it is essential to develop the application already considering security principles and then invest the necessary time to calibrate the WAF, avoiding disabling rules unnecessarily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robustness and Ease, But Needs a Better Dashboard"
4/5
What do you like best about Azion?

I really like the simplicity in deploying Azion, which makes it easy to get started without complications, thanks to the clear guidance received from the deployment team. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the technical support offered by the Azion team, which helps to quickly resolve any questions or issues. The platform provides a robust layer of protection for our portals, ensuring more security in our publications. Furthermore, the impressive performance and reduced latency of Azion's edge network are tremendously valuable, improving efficiency and user experience. The features, such as coverage of known web threats, request analysis, and 'learning' and 'blocking' operation modes, are incredibly effective, offering comprehensive defense. Edge blocking and image caching are other aspects that optimize performance and security. The overall robustness of the platform in terms of security and performance is one of the main factors that would make me acquire Azion again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azion?

Azion needs to have dashboards that facilitate the understanding of logs. Currently, the data is presented in raw log format, which makes it difficult for my security team to understand the blocks. Today, my team spends hours mining the 'Learning' logs to apply the blocks. We also need a management dashboard, where we could present the main invasion attempts to the manager/director. "Exceptional Support and Attractive Cost with Azion"
5/5
What do you like best about Azion?

I value the variety of features that Azion offers, including edge protection, WAF, DNS protection, and image storage and processing, which are crucial for my operations at Grupo Pão de Açúcar. Azion's BotManager has been exceptional in managing cyber threats. The reduced latency through the use of Edge and optimized performance is a significant benefit for our users. Another strong point is the attractive cost, an important factor in our decision-making. Azion Functions stands out as a strategic component, allowing customization of code to improve speed, resilience, and security, providing a superior end-user experience. The technical support is exemplary, always ready to help with specialized knowledge, especially important for my 24-hour support work. The integrations with Javascript and Typescript have worked perfectly, facilitating the creation of Azion functions, effectively regulating business rules and information security at the network edge.
