Avira is an excellent antivirus application that allows me to navigate peacefully through any webpage without the fear of any virus affecting the system, as this application provides great security against viruses, malicious programs, among others, through automated updates and periodic scans. Avira has a simple interface that makes it easy to use. It is also worth mentioning that it consumes few resources on the devices, has a very good and fast scanning system, and captures malicious traffic at the network's endpoint ports, which is truly impressive. Without a doubt, it is a fantastic antivirus application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although it is true that Avira is a wonderful application for virus detection, to get all the benefits and features you must become a member, which can be somewhat expensive compared to other free antivirus applications offering almost the same features. Alternatively, I find the constant notifications cumbersome to be able to access their premium plans. Otherwise, I do not find any other negative attribute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Avira Endpoint Security for a few years now and in that period I have not had any issues with security on my PC. I browse freely without fear of any malicious software. It’s very easy to install and it works perfectly. It doesn't take up much space. Avira antivirus gets constant updates which keep virus definitions up to date. This has really improved our browsing experience at the office as we are no longer scared of any viruses or threats to our computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes a long time to do a full system scan. I wish this could be improved in future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Avira is a well-known antivirus and it works really well for protecting our devices from viruses. It’s a lightweight tool so it installs easily on our systems and works smoothly. It has the ability to protect our devices from viruses, threats, and all kinds of viruses. While browsing the internet, many suspicious files try to infect our system, but Avira stops them instantly. Constant updates keep the virus definitions up to date and find cures for modern threats. This tool notifies us about the danger of threats and asks us what we want to do with the virus. Avira antivirus also has some issues; one of them is that while scanning the full system, it works slowly and puts great pressure on the processor, which may cause some hardware failure to my device. Sometimes it detects from the roots of the device but is unable to remove this virus from our system. The mobile version is also available but doesn’t have all the features that the PC version has. In my experience, this tool is a little bit pricey compared to other alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Avira Endpoint Security for some time and without a doubt it is one of the best antivirus software that I could implement. statement that can be attributed to all the advantages that confer its characteristics as they are, the fact that its installation process is very simple, does not require many resources from the team so it can be installed on a mid-range computer , its interface is very intuitive which makes it easy to use, its analysis system is quite fast, guaranteeing the detection of any threat such as viruses, worms, trojans or other types of malware. in addition, it allows me to enable or disable some additional functions (vpn, password manager, among others) that allow you to provide a higher level of protection and as a result it captures malicious traffic in the network ports of the endpoint very efficiently. Avira is a really fantastic antivirus software although to be able to enjoy an excellent protection you must acquire the premium version since with the free version you do not get all the security, and your plans can be a bit expensive which hinders your acquisition. avira is without a doubt a very good software, but it is not one of the best in the market. avira is very easy to use and analyzes files relatively fast, avira has a very good and intuitive interface.

One of the main features that I like about Avira is the function of device control. which helps prevent interruptions of malware, including viruses, Trojans, worms, backdoors and rootkits by scanning removable devices that are connected to USB ports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

although avira is very good it has negative characteristics, which do not make it the best options in the market. One of those features is that there are no updates regularly, therefore the detection of malware or other malicious agents becomes obsolete.

Another point to emphasize is its technical support, it takes a long time to answer your questions and problems. but most of the time they solve them.

Occasionally the interface becomes slow, although I have a high-end PC.

if Avira eliminates most of its defects, it could compete easily with the best software that is currently available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Avira without a doubt is an incredible antivirus software, because through a quick analysis it allows me to detect any type of threats such as viruses, worms, trojans, advertising software, and other types of malware while browsing or downloading files from the internet, providing a great tranquility since I know that my teams are protected at all times. The installation is quick and easy to perform. You do not need a PC with the latest market components to be able to use Avira because it consumes few resources from your PC, both in the installation, the update process, the analysis process and in real time protection. It should also be noted that it has a simple and visually attractive interface that makes it easy to use and that captures malicious traffic in the network ports of the endpoint, which is really fantastic. Avira is a really excellent antivirus software that perfectly fulfills its functions, however the only negative contribution that could have of it, is the fact that the free version has ads that in my opinion appear quite often to be annoying. It is clear that if the pay version is acquired, they disappear but the cost is a little high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While it is true that Avira is a great software for virus detection, the same to obtain all the benefits and functions you need to be a member "by" which can be a bit expensive compared to other free antivirus software that offer almost the same functions. Realtime scanning it quite fast and efficient at detecting and quarantining threats, comes with a VPN. It is free, easy to install and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like the continuous background scanning because it keeps consuming memory and ram, something I have against all antivirus programs, not just Avira Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
