Our team previously faced challenges with VPC peering and managing routes between multiple clouds. Aviatrix provided us with a unified control plane, allowing us to handle everything from a single dashboard. Additionally, the interface is clean and not overwhelming—even a mid-level engineer on our team was able to pick it up quickly. **What do you dislike about Aviatrix?** One area that could use improvement is the initial learning curve. While the documentation is solid, it tends to be quite theoretical at times. More practical, step-by-step video guides or interactive sandbox labs would be especially helpful for beginners. Additionally, the pricing structure isn't particularly accessible for small teams or startups; offering a more flexible plan could make it easier for newcomers to get started. **What problems is Aviatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** At Applligent Technology Pvt Ltd, we use Aviatrix to manage a complex multi-cloud environment that includes both AWS and Azure. Previously, our small DevOps team relied on native cloud tools like Transit Gateway and Azure VPN, but we struggled with limited visibility and found it extremely challenging to maintain consistent security policies across platforms. Since adopting Aviatrix, our operations have become much more streamlined. CoPilot provides us with real-time traffic monitoring and automatically generated topology diagrams, which have been invaluable for troubleshooting network issues. FireNet has also made it easier to enforce security policies across all our VPCs, reducing the likelihood of errors. The most significant improvement is that our four-person team can now efficiently manage over a dozen VPCs with less stress and improved uptime. Overall, Aviatrix has made our multi-cloud setup more secure, stable, and far easier to manage. ### 2. A promising cloud based solution for enhancing the existing security and improving the performance. Helps to detect and reduce issues causing huge production down, thereby improving the Efficiency and cost management. With it's advanced automated nature, User's are able to carry different task with easeness. **What do you dislike about Aviatrix?** While integrating with public cloud platforms like GCP, users faced migration related issues. Lack of well documentation sometimes loots customer time in finishing some tasks. Expecting more use cases for easy enablement. Price variation comparing with alternative solutions. **What problems is Aviatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps me solving outage related worries with its prior notification method. Better GUI helps in adapting to new environment easily. Updates are timely and well informed. Feature request are processing without much delays. Backend application performance also got increased with its automated remediation technique. Critical applications can run in backend even if during any updation. ### 5. I like the support staff and how they're so willing to help out, minus some exceptions. **What do you dislike about Aviatrix?** In the daily use of Aviatrix, there is still areas that are not up to date or fall in line with one provider to the next out of the 3 main CSPs we use and have exposed some limitations by using the product. As of late, it seems to be the lack of visibility what we can see from the front-end UI logs and errors versus what their engineers can see in the backend. This really needs to be improved as lack in seeing good information hurts us in troubleshooting issues. **Recommendations to others considering Aviatrix:** Try out some of the free training, webinars, and sandbox. **What problems is Aviatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cost is very important and how to allocate and spread the cost out accurately in an organization. I like the fact that they are expanding the CostIQ and billing features to address that area. ### 7.
