**What do you like best about Averta?**

What I like best about Averta is its intuitive interface and the way it simplifies complex workflows through AI-powered automation and well-organized tools. The platform is easy to navigate, performs reliably, and helps streamline day-to-day tasks without adding unnecessary complexity. I also appreciate its responsive performance, clean dashboard, and seamless integration with existing workflows, which make it easy to adopt and use efficiently. Overall, Averta improves productivity, reduces manual effort, and enables teams to complete work faster with a smoother, more organized experience.

**What do you dislike about Averta?**

One area where Averta could improve is offering more advanced customization for workflows, dashboards, and reporting to better accommodate different business requirements. While the platform is intuitive and performs well, some advanced features can take time to discover, and additional onboarding resources would help new users get up to speed more quickly. I'd also like to see broader integrations with third-party tools, richer analytics, and more flexible automation options. Overall, the experience has been very positive, but greater customization, expanded integrations, and enhanced reporting capabilities would make Averta even more valuable.

**What problems is Averta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Averta solves the challenge of streamlining business workflows by using AI-powered automation to organize tasks, centralize information, and reduce repetitive manual work. Instead of relying on multiple disconnected tools and time-consuming processes, it provides a unified platform that helps manage workflows more efficiently and improves collaboration across teams. This reduces operational overhead, increases visibility into ongoing work, and enables faster, more informed decision-making. As a result, it has saved time, improved productivity, simplified day-to-day operations, and allowed greater focus on higher-value work rather than routine administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about Averta?**

Averta performs well overall, but there are areas where it could improve. Some AI-generated suggestions require manual verification, especially for more complex or specialized use cases. The platform could also benefit from additional customization options, deeper integrations with third-party tools, and more advanced reporting and analytics. Improving response speed for larger workloads and expanding documentation would further enhance the user experience.

**What problems is Averta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Averta helps solve the challenge of managing complex workflows and repetitive tasks by using AI to automate routine processes and provide actionable insights. It reduces manual effort, improves accuracy, and speeds up decision-making, allowing teams to focus on higher-value work. This has increased productivity, shortened turnaround times, and made collaboration more efficient while reducing the likelihood of human error.

  ### 3. Averta Makes Runtime AI Agent Security and Tool Governance Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giovanni D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Averta?**

What I like best about Averta is that it has been built to solve a very specific challenge, securing AI agents at runtime, and it does this incredibly well. It tackles a problem that many enterprises either do not fully understand yet or have not been able to solve effectively.
It is not just another generic guardrail or monitoring layer. Averta gives teams a practical way to govern what agents can access, what tools they can use, and what actions they can take at runtime.
The UI and UX are clean and intuitive. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into streamlining the experience, and the platform is easy to navigate day-to-day without feeling overcomplicated.
Integration has been very straightforward. Averta fits easily into the current architecture setup without needing a redesign, which is a major advantage. The MCP Gateway is especially valuable because it provides a governed way to connect agents to tools and integrations while controlling access and enforcing policy. There is already a strong range of integrations, and the team has communicated that this is actively being expanded.
Performance is another major strength. In normal workflows, you don't notice it running in the background, which is exactly what you want from a security layer. It performs well without disrupting existing agent workflows.
From an ROI perspective, the value is clear. Building this level of agent security, tool governance, and auditability internally would require significant engineering effort and would still be difficult to get right. Averta makes that capability available in a much more practical way.
The platform and documentation also make setup extremely easy, especially given how complex the problem is.

**What do you dislike about Averta?**

The main area I would like to see expanded is the number of MCP connectors and integrations available out of the box. The current integration experience is strong, and the team has communicated that more connectors are being added, but a broader library would make adoption even easier across more enterprise environments.
One other area for refinement is the jailbreaking classification. It is effective, but it can sometimes feel a little restrictive depending on the use case. More tuning options or clearer ways to calibrate sensitivity by workflow would be helpful, especially for teams balancing strong protection with user experience.

**What problems is Averta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Averta, securing AI agents at runtime was a difficult problem to manage. Basic LLM guardrails and traditional security tooling did not give enough control over what agents could access, which tools they could use, or what actions they could take once connected to real workflows.
We struggled with governing agent behavior across tools, APIs, MCP servers, and data access, but now we can enforce policies, control which tools agents can access through the MCP Gateway, detect risky prompts or jailbreak attempts, and maintain an audit trail from one dedicated platform. This has made it much easier to move AI agents toward production with confidence.
The biggest benefit is the reduction in internal engineering effort. Instead of spending significant time building and maintaining custom controls, Averta provides a purpose-built layer that fits into our existing architecture. That saves time, reduces security risk, and gives both engineering and security teams a clearer way to manage AI agent deployments.

  ### 4. Intuitive, Easy-to-Use Tool That Streamlines Workflows and Organizes Information

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LOKESH G. | Engineer.SGB TCS-FS CORE BANKING,Production, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Averta?**

The best thing about Averta is how easy it is to use, thanks to its intuitive interface. It helps streamline workflows, keeps information well organized, and makes it simple to pull useful insights without requiring a lot of manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Averta?**

The main thing I dislike about Averta is that some of the more advanced features take time to learn. I’d also like more customization options, along with clearer guidance when I’m setting up more complex workflows.

**What problems is Averta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Averta helps me manage workflows and information more efficiently by bringing key tasks and insights into one place. It cuts down on manual effort, keeps everything better organized, and makes it easier for me to make faster, more informed decisions.

  ### 5. Averta’s Per-Agent Policy Controls Make Tool Calls and MCP Connections Safer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nirmal K. | Manager, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Averta?**

Rather than just filtering chat text, Averta specializes in securing the execution boundary. It inspects every tool call and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connection, enforcing strict, per-agent policies (e.g., allowing database reads but blocking data exports or unauthorized API calls) to prevent privilege escalation.

**What do you dislike about Averta?**

Transitioning from broad, default agent permissions to setting up granular, rule-based policies for every individual agent, tool, and customer channel requires dedicated security personnel and careful architectural planning.

**What problems is Averta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Built for environments where AI agents handle money or sensitive records, it automatically generates tamper-evident audit trails for every AI action. This provides the necessary evidence for enterprises to maintain compliance with frameworks like SOC 2, PCI DSS, and DORA.

  ### 6. automation to make work easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Averta?**

I like the simplicity with which it manages to automate repetitive tasks. The interface is intuitive and allows you to achieve useful results without complex configuration. The price is reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Averta?**

In some situations, the customization options might be more detailed. Additionally, some advanced features require an initial learning period that is not trivial.

**What problems is Averta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me reduce the time spent on manual processes and administrative tasks. Thanks to automation, I can focus more on higher value-added activities.
