Absolutely love the interface and its usability. I believe it is easy to manage because of its graphical user friendly interface. It tells you what each option does, and runs in the background smoothly without regular users having to regularly maintain it. It also has automatic updates for virus definitions and program upgrades that the user doesn't have to upkeep. I do not like the fact that they are now up selling while simultaneously building into the program modular add ons that ask you to purchase them in order to be able to use them. What gives? They are building locked features into your program and dangling features that you can only obtain if you pay more. If you bite, then you end up paying way more than you originally anticipated for a product. I have also had instances where if you use this product in conjunction with Deep Freeze, it may break the system and cause you to re image the computer. I would also like it if they could give you longer trials to use some of their features, or if they could lower some of their price ranges for specific modules (Such as VPN, a virtual private network.)
