"Genuinely saves the team hours every week"
4/5
What do you like best about Attention?

Honestly, it’s the workflows. Once you set them up properly, everything just runs in the background and you almost forget it’s there, which is basically the dream for an ops tool. CRM fields get filled in automatically, follow-ups get drafted, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Support's also been solid whenever I've needed to dig into something more custom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

Not much, honestly. Setting up workflows can be a bit fiddly when you’re trying to do something more complex. It would also be nice to have a bit more flexibility on the templating side of things.

Nothing deal-breaking, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant, Insightful Call Summaries That Capture Strengths, Weaknesses, and Key Meeting Highlights"
4/5
What do you like best about Attention?

It captures many key aspects of the call and creates a strong summary of both strengths and weaknesses. It also clearly recaps the areas we covered in the meeting, including highlights from my demo as well as the prospect’s pain points and the solutions they’re looking for.

Also, the summary is being provided in an instant which helps sending a recap email to prospects very fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

Sometimes it doesn’t capture the names of people and companies very well, and it can take a long time for the recording to come through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supercharges Call Management & Saves Hours"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I love querying the super agent in Attention to get a bigger picture, find patterns, and iterate quickly. The ability to ask about all calls with a specific account, get insights from all calls at a specific deal stage, or check the top 3 most frequent questions prospects ask during demos is super useful. Having the super agent available on Slack makes it easy to use on the go on between calls. Asking for a list of all my action items after a day of back-to-back meetings has been a lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

It would be great to be able to always see all call participants, and not just the person talking. When demo'ing, it's easy to miss small body language and micro-expressions that I could pick up when reviewing calls if the recording kept the display I have in my meeting room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Harry Abram of Attention

Barbara, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! I'm so glad the product and super agent in particular streamline your day to day.

"Insightful Tool with Setup Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I love the notes that Attention provides. I love the insight it gives us into the calls, helping management get a good look into what kind of calls and the quality of calls that the sales and account management team members are receiving and providing. It really helps me understand both what is being said to them and what they are saying back to prospects or partners. I really love the data that Attention spits back and how it helps us make informed decisions on where to go next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

I know we had some issues in getting onboarded a little bit. It required a little bit of setup and we have to purchase another service called Aircall to really enable things. There have been some times where notes weren't properly logged or we had some issues in the setups. The initial setup was a bit of a challenge because we lost our guy who was doing our implementation early on, and we were given another person who wasn't really part of the sales process and therefore maybe didn't know us and what we were intending to use Attention for right off the bat. Response from Harry Abram of Attention

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Max!

I'm not personally familiar with your use case but sounds like you're using us primarily for intelligence around outbound calling, so the aircall (or any other dialer) integration makes sense given we don't have the dialer itself built in, but I am very sorry if that came as a surprise. Here's to making this a 5 star experience from here on out!

"Your Daily AI Tool for Data Based Insights, Direct from Customers' Words"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

Attention is probably the most useful add on to our core tech stack I've purchased. Outside of our critical systems, it provides daily value and insights for our sales and leadership.

It's automated enough to make it extremely convenient while balancing manual intervention to allow us to tailor it to our specific requirements. The summaries are accurate, the quality is great, and the new feature development is actually productive.

The team at Attention is highly responsive and helpful, I never have to wait long to engage with them. Responses are friendly, professional, and nearly always resolve our requests. Integrations work beautifully.

System setup is very easy, as is ongoing admin maintenance. Any more complicated features are supported by an SE to make sure it's done right, and quickly.

Additionally, their contract terms are excellent. They are confident in their product so they don't lock you in, and they size the contract to meet your business needs on a monthly basis.

Overall I am a huge advocate of the software and 100% would buy again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

There are minor issues with it disconnecting from calendars (easy to fix) and I would like more proactive communication on new feature releases - those are exciting and I want to engage with them right away.

Not many downsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Harry Abram of Attention

Jennifer, you are a dream :)

This genuinely made our whole team's day. Everything you described, the daily value, the integrations, the support experience, is exactly what we're building toward so it means a lot to hear it's landing that way.

Sorry to be responding late!

"Elevated Selling Experience with Minor Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I love not having to update Salesforce anymore since Attention automatically updates it after every call, which saves me a lot of time. My team can program the details they want from calls to be captured, so my manager gets what they need, and my pipeline stays updated. I really like being able to pull transcripts or call clips or insights from calls which helps me better understand them, saving me a ton of time. Attention also writes my emails for me when integrated with Gmail, and it's super helpful to set up email templates and have those emails automatically created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

Attention can be kind of slow. Sometimes it takes a while to pull an insight or get an answer back from Super Agent. Sometimes the scorecards might be a little bit off or sometimes there's context maybe that isn't pulled, but I also understand that that comes back to how it was set up by my team. "Tailored Call Insights, Seamless HubSpot Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I love using Attention for call recording, meeting notes, AI insights on calls, and call scoring. It's extremely helpful when looking back at summaries of calls and getting insights about what went well. It really helps me understand what went well in my calls and what to focus on next. I like how it syncs pretty well with our CRM, HubSpot, as it makes writing and sending demo summaries really quick. We switched from Gong to Attention because it's a lot more customizable and fits our needs better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

Sometimes it won't be working 100%, might be a delay until the call recording and insights are ready, that's the only issue I have is when it's not working as it normally does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Harry Abram of Attention

Thanks for this, Daylon!

Really glad the customization is landing, that's one key reason that teams make the switch from other, more rigid platforms. More control over scoring, summaries, and CRM sync without being locked into a one-size-fits-all setup.

On the occasional delay from call recording to insights, noted -- and we apologize for the friction. While we beat out competitors on this angle by multiples, we're always looking to get faster to provide the best possible experience.

Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review!

"Revolutionized Sales Conversations with Impressive Note-Taking"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I really appreciate Attention for making it easy to keep track of everything that's been said by prospects. It allows me to look back when I need to recall details from conversations, which is especially helpful during high volumes of sales calls. I find it great that I can differentiate between every prospect and see information in an organized way. My favorite part is the super agent feature, which lets me ask questions across the team's sales calls, not just my own. This helps me pull information super easily if I'm curious about an opportunity or a prospect I haven't worked with before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

I don't know if I'd call it a 'could be improved' type of deal, but in terms of errors when it comes to importing to our CRM system, I don't know if that's just a CRM integration issue. You kind of have to read this full extensive code to figure out what's going on, which is fine if you have a technical background. But for the average user, not knowing where the error came from is impossible to find if you've never written any type of code before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Attention turns every call into coaching and deal momentum"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

Attention is part of my daily workflow. It pulls real deal intelligence from calls, highlights the exact moments that move opportunities forward, and turns 1:1s into repeatable coaching with scorecards I can track over time. The automatic CRM capture is a huge win, pain points, decision criteria, competitive intel, and next steps get logged without me typing notes. Also, the team support has been excellent, Matthias in particular has been a great partner and always helps us get more value out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

Occasionally the AI needs a little tuning to match how we talk internally, and there are times I still do a quick pass to tighten up phrasing or tag the right takeaway. I’d also love even more flexibility in how scorecards and fields are customized for very specific workflows, but overall it’s a small tradeoff for the time it saves. "Revolutionized Our Sales Decision-Making with Seamless Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I like that Attention is very simple and easy to use and quite customizable. With Attention, I can customize every aspect of how it grades our conversations and select the data and metrics I want to pull. I can ask it questions and it pulls information from all of our sales call transcripts to capture specific data. We also love that we can program it to coach our sales reps on each conversation, not just the ones our sales team leads review, and that we can tailor the coaching to specifically what we're looking for, not just a template. The integration with tools like our CRM, HubSpot, and Slack is also great, as it helps us receive summaries and flags important deals, making our team more proactive. I was impressed with the hands-on support from Attention's team during our initial setup, which made the experience smooth and engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

I think since this is a smaller company, they're working out a lot of bugs and a lot of kinks, specifically in regards to the AI agent side of things. There are some bugs and kinks being worked out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Harry Abram of Attention

Thank you Spencer! The ability to coach every conversation automatically, not just the ones a manager happens to review, is one of the things we're most proud of. As Joseph B mentioned in another review, the best reps are always looking to improve, and auto scoring means that manager review is a bottleneck of the past for reps who want to know what they can do better. Really glad the customization is landing too.

On the bugs, fair and appreciated. Hypergrowth has a way of surfacing edge cases fast, but that also means we're fixing them just as quickly!
