Astracore Reviews & Product Details

Astracore is an AI-powered intake automation platform that manages phone calls, web chats, and form submissions for service businesses. The software qualifies leads and books appointments directly into calendars. It integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other business tools. The platform uses conditional call forwarding to intercept calls when businesses are unavailable. The AI screens callers based on service area, pricing, and operating hours to filter qualified leads. Emergency detection routes urgent cases to business owners, while price shoppers receive callback quotes. Real-time calendar syncing prevents double-booking. Built-in safeguards prevent the AI from inventing prices or making unauthorized commitments. Setup requires minimal input from users. The provider handles configuration and ongoing monitoring. Monthly service includes system maintenance, call transcript summaries, and CRM notes.
