AssurX's product CATSWeb is a great QMS/PMQA targeted system with direct integration to the FDA's MedWatch program. It's simple to use, can be modified quickly & easily based on specific group needs, and has excellent record management including an audit trail containing complete record history.
The application is great (and reasonabily priced), but the support is stellar. AssurX provides far and away the best support I have ever received from a production product. There's a dedicated support team that are more like partners to me. Over the years, we've developed real relationships and worked through some serious challenges - it's not a revolving door of outsourced support and auto-reply links to unrelated "knowledge base" articles. Having used the product for a number of years now I understand why certain design choices were made, but sometimes navigating the management area of CATSWeb can be a little klunky (think of open browser tabs).
