Having tried multiple ticketing and source control systems over decades of work, I find that "Assembla" functionality just works, and integrates well. Not something you can say about Github. Managing projects is easy, and I can get code insights in the same place. Assembla is highly responsive, and I haven’t experienced any downtime. It also supports multiple integrations, such as Kiuwan or TestRail, which makes it more convenient to use.
