"Providing a Window into AI Ops for a Facilities Management Guy"
5/5
What do you like best about Arize AX?

Honestly, I approached Arize AX with a lot of skepticism because I’m not a data scientist. I’m a facilities operations guy. But what I appreciate most is that the platform gives me a tangible way to understand where our new AI concierge and predictive maintenance tools are messing up. We’ve rolled out a couple of AI agents to handle service requests and help our techs diagnose HVAC and lighting issues. In our world, a wrong answer can mean a building gets too hot or a tenant is frustrated, and we need to know exactly when and why the AI is failing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arize AX?

The onboarding took a little longer than I expected. I think the product is robust, but for a person like me who just wants to see if the agent is doing its job, there is a lot of signal to process. When we first started, I was a bit overwhelmed by the sheer amount of data points and options for evaluation. My engineering team was able to help set up the main dashboards, but if I were trying to configure this entirely on my own, I would have been lost for a few weeks. "Arize AX Streamlined Tracing, Evals, and LLM Cost Insights for AI Agents"
4/5
What do you like best about Arize AX?

Arize AX was a powerful addition for our agentic features launch across our product suite. Before we pushed to production, I sent my first trace into it, and it reviewed all the signals and clustered the most frequent problems into clear issues we could fix.

Beyond that, its managed cost agent breaks down LLM spend and helped us reduce our overall model-routing cost by 15%. I also find the custom evaluation methods much more advanced. In particular, I use the decision judge to organize evaluations for our agentic users’ queries. There are more than enough templates to get started with evals, instead of having to build everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arize AX?

The UI feels very minimalist and seems to lack deeper-level functionality for advanced users who need more. I also didn’t like the output from its support agent, "Alyx"—the answers didn’t feel very to the point. It also lacks direct integrations with third-party platforms, or at least I couldn’t find an easy way to set them up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful LLM Observability: Tracing, Evaluations, and Monitoring in One Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Arize AX?

What I like best about Arize AX is its strong LLM observability and evaluation capabilities. It makes it easier to trace AI/agent workflows, identify issues, evaluate model outputs, and monitor performance in production. I especially like the ability to combine tracing, evaluations, prompt experimentation, and monitoring in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arize AX?

What I dislike about Arize AX is that it can feel complex for new users, particularly when setting up instrumentation, tracing, and evaluations. The platform is powerful, but getting everything configured correctly can require significant technical knowledge. There have also been reports of some feature gaps and API changes during the transition to AX, which can make the experience confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Arize AX Makes AI Agents Easy to Understand, Debug, and Improve"
5/5
What do you like best about Arize AX?

What I like about Arize AX is that it makes AI agents easier to understand and manage. It shows what the agent is doing step by step, helps identify where things go wrong, and makes it easier to test and improve the AI over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arize AX?

What I dislike about Arize AX is that it can feel a little complex at first, especially if you’re new to AI observability. There are also many features, so it may take some time to understand what you actually need and set everything up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Proactive Model Monitoring and Drift Detection Made Easy with Arize AI"
4/5
What do you like best about Arize AX?

Arize AI has made it much easier to monitor model performance in production and catch issues like data or concept drift before they significantly impact output quality. Having real-time visibility into how predictions or generated outputs shift over time, instead of only discovering problems after the fact, has made our monitoring process far more proactive. The drift detection tooling flags meaningful changes clearly, which has sped up root-cause investigation when model behavior starts to degrade, and dashboards make it straightforward to track key metrics without needing to build custom monitoring infrastructure from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arize AX?

Setting up monitoring for more complex or custom model outputs took more configuration than expected, since some of the default drift metrics don't map cleanly onto every use case. Pricing scales with usage volume, which can add up quickly once you're monitoring multiple models continuously in production. Alert thresholds sometimes needed manual tuning to reduce noise, since default sensitivity occasionally flagged minor fluctuations that weren't actually meaningful drift. "Arize AI Makes Model Monitoring and Drift Detection Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Arize AX?

What I like best about Arize AI is how easy it makes model monitoring and troubleshooting. The platform gives clear visibility into drift, performance drops, and data issues, so I don’t have to dig through logs or build custom dashboards. It saves time and helps catch problems early. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arize AX?

The main drawback is that some parts of the platform feel complex when you’re trying to dig into deeper model behavior. Certain dashboards take time to understand, and the learning curve can slow down troubleshooting. Integrations also require more setup than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arize AX?

hat I like best about Arize AX is how it makes it easier to understand what’s happening with AI applications in real time. The platform provides clear visibility into model performance, helps identify issues quickly, and makes it easier to troubleshoot and improve results. I also appreciate that the interface is intuitive and the insights are presented in a way that’s easy to understand without creating unnecessary complexity. The value is strong compared to the cost. Arize AX provides useful visibility and monitoring that can save time when identifying and troubleshooting issues with AI applications. The insights and efficiency it provides make the investment worthwhile, especially for teams that rely heavily on AI performance and reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arize AX?

The biggest challenge is that there can be a learning curve when first getting familiar with all of the platform’s features and capabilities. Some of the more advanced functionality may take time to fully understand and configure. That said, once you get comfortable with the platform, the level of visibility and monitoring it provides makes it well worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched AI Monitoring with Valuable Insights"
4/5
What do you like best about Arize AX?

I really like how Arize AX makes it easier to understand what's happening with our AI. The tracing, monitoring, and evaluation tools are especially valuable to me. Tracing is particularly useful since it lets me look at individual AI interactions in more detail and understand what happened when a response didn't perform as expected. I also appreciate that I don't need to be extremely technical to get useful information from it, which is important for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arize AX?

The learning curve. Arize AX has a lot of functionality, which is great, but it can sometimes feel a little overwhelming when you're first getting familiar with the platform, especially if you're not coming from a highly technical background. The onboarding could be improved by making it more guided and role-based. For example, someone using Arize AX from a product support perspective probably doesn't need the same level of technical details upfront as an engineer or data scientist.
