Archer Insights Reviews & Provider Details

Archer Insights is a specialized enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution designed exclusively for the health and life sciences sectors. Built natively within Oracle NetSuite, it offers a unified platform that integrates financial, operational, and compliance workflows tailored to the unique demands of regulated industries. By embedding industry-specific modules directly into NetSuite, Archer Insights eliminates the need for disparate systems, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced operational visibility. Key features of Archer Insights include: 1. **Quality and Compliance Management**: The platform provides tools for managing deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), change control, and quality events. It ensures full audit trails on every quality record, linking them to procurement, production, and supplier workflows. Configurable event types and escalation paths are also supported. 2. **21 CFR Part 11 Compliance**: Archer Insights enables compliant electronic signatures and audit trails across critical workflows, enforcing FDA Part 11 signature controls built into NetSuite. This feature is enforced across approvals, records, and document workflows, with an audit log for every signature event. 3. **Approved Supplier List**: The system controls supplier qualification and enforces Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance across the vendor base. Supplier status is tracked inside NetSuite, with qualification documentation and review workflows, blocking purchases from unapproved vendors. 4. **Sunshine Act Module**: Archer Insights tracks and reports healthcare professional (HCP) payments with built-in compliance for Open Payments requirements. It includes a CMS Open Payments reporting structure, tracks spend by HCP and category, and provides submission-ready output without manual aggregation. 5. **Finance and Controls**: The platform automates approval workflows with clear delegation of authority and full audit traceability. It supports multi-tier approval hierarchies, SOX 302 and 404 documentation native to transactions, and real-time audit trails tied to each approval step. 6. **Accruals Management**: Archer Insights improves accrual accuracy with structured workflows tied directly to financial reporting. It includes period-end accrual workflows inside NetSuite, supports Contract Research Organization (CRO), vendor, and clinical accruals, and reduces manual journal entry and close lag. 7. **Licensing and Pricing Management**: The system manages complex pricing, royalties, and licensing structures within NetSuite. It includes royalty calculations tied to revenue transactions, license term tracking and renewal alerts, and supports complex tiered and milestone pricing. 8. **Operations and Supply Chain Management**: Archer Insights connects procurement workflows with supplier systems while maintaining control inside NetSuite. It provides supplier catalog access without leaving NetSuite, purchase requisitions and approvals in one place, and maintains spend controls and policy enforcement. 9. **Vendor Portal**: The platform allows collaboration with vendors through a controlled interface tied directly to the ERP. Vendors can submit documents and updates through a structured portal, with all activity logged inside NetSuite, reducing back-and-forth email outside the system. 10. **3PL Integrations**: Archer Insights connects third-party logistics providers into NetSuite for real-time inventory and fulfillment visibility. It includes inventory sync between NetSuite and 3PL partners, shipment and order status updated in real time, and supports multiple 3PL relationships simultaneously. 11. **AI-Based OCR**: The system automates document capture and data entry to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. It extracts data from invoices, receipts, and forms, routes captured records into NetSuite workflows, and reduces manual keying and review lag. 12. **Clinical and Commercial Support**: Archer Insights captures field activity and HCP interactions with built-in support for compliance workflows. Field rep activity is logged and synced to NetSuite, with HCP interaction records and compliance controls, and works offline with sync on reconnect. 13. **Contract Lifecycle Management**: The platform manages contracts from creation through execution with full visibility and control. It includes contract drafting, redlining, and approval inside NetSuite, milestone and obligation tracking tied to financials, and expiration alerts and renewal workflows. 14. **Device History Record**: Archer Insights tracks device history by lot and serial number with full traceability inside NetSuite. It includes lot and serial traceability across production and distribution, supports FDA 21 CFR 820 DHR requirements, and provides audit-ready records retrievable without manual assembly. 15. **Healthcare-Specific Modules**: The system connects clinical systems directly into NetSuite to support operational and financial workflows. Patient and encounter data flows into financial workflows, eliminating manual reconciliation between clinical and finance systems, and supports multi-location and multi-entity environments. 16. **HCP Standing**: Archer Insights maintains and monitors provider status across the network inside NetSuite. Provider status is tracked and updated in real time, flags inactive or non-compliant providers before transactions process, and supports network-wide provider management from one record. 17. **HCP Licensing Lookup**: The platform verifies provider credentials and licensing status within workflows without leaving NetSuite. It includes real-time license verification at point of onboarding or transaction, reduces compliance risk from lapsed or invalid credentials, and logs lookup results to provider records. By integrating these features, Archer Insights addresses common challenges faced by CFOs and controllers in regulated companies, such as disconnected systems, manual workarounds, and time-consuming audit preparations. The platform's native workflows in NetSuite, live control evidence, and shared operational visibility contribute to faster implementation, lower total cost, audit readiness, and enhanced operational visibility. This comprehensive approach ensures that health and life sciences organizations can operate efficiently, compliantly, and confidently within a single, unified system.
