ArboStar is a really helpful product for my business, and it's the best software I've used. It's very easy to use, clear, and fast to operate. I love that it has a lot of features, especially in the mobile app. It’s very easy to do estimates, track jobs, and handle invoicing, and the marketing tools help us track where leads come from. Having these tools all in one app makes it a much better experience than our previous software, Jobber. The optimization feature is incredibly useful, saving us time and allowing us to complete more jobs across the city. I also appreciate that the ArboStar team constantly adds new features to keep us up to date with the industry. This platform is absolutely phenomenal at automating tasks. That alone has been a game changer, but that's 1% of what this app offers. I can sort tasks by priority, by job size, or by proximity, allowing me to manage projects easily and effectively to keep everyone happy. The initial prices do need to be imputed ahead of time, which only makes sense, and after that, you're good to go for however many estimates your company needs. So I don't know if spending a bit of time at the start to save hundreds of hours of time in the future is a con, but it's all I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This app has so many features it's hard to know where to begin. Basically think of all the mental notes you keep in your head, all the many apps you use each day, all the spreadsheets you have to update, all the emails you have to send out, just think of everything. Ironically, the pros are also the cons. I haven't counted, but this thing must have 20 or more modules. From estimates to inventory, to invoicing, to automated client follow-ups, to in-company communication, to payroll… I can't even name it all. So it's a lot to get used to, but you can take it one step at a time and it's all quite intuitive. Thankfully ArboStar lets me call them for no charge whenever I can't quite figure something out. I'll just make this simple: ArboStar makes my job a lot easier. I show up to the job site knowing exactly what equipment I'll need, I check the photos that are noted and marked by GPS so it's completely impossible to pick the wrong tree. This app is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Old habits die hard, so at first, I felt like I was fine doing things the old way. But I can be a bit stubborn like that, and after I finally gave in, I was impressed from the get-go. So the only con I can really think of is you gotta add in something to your work process, but it saves you so much time per job site that it's definitely worth it. Very helpful to our financial reporting and record keeping. The financial side of the app, which is only one facet of what the platform offers, is like an industry-specific QuickBooks, and also supports QuickBooks integration (and a bunch more) if that's what you need.
