I love the way I'm able to write a sentence in the "what's your video about" and I get tailored suggestions of chararcters and backgrounds to use in the workspace. It allows beginners like me to have a range of options to likely choose from for my project. Also the customer support team typically responds in less than an hour, no matter the time of day.
