"Intuitive Drag-and-Drop CMS: Fast Multi-Region Management & Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

Amplience is a easy to use CMS with the drag and drop components a quick and straight forward way to build multiple different page types at speed. We're able to create and manage content for 17 regions at the touch of a button. The team at Amplience are truly the best thing about them though, always on hand to help, fast to respond and give clear visibility of their future roadmap to help us confirm next steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

To have more of the AI capabilities out of the box would be a nice to have. Perhaps something that will be added in future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Real Time-Saver for Content Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

I find Amplience very simple and easy to use, allowing us to create and schedule content for websites and apps efficiently. It's quicker than using code, which saves us a lot of time. I really like that you can see all the images needed and find content that needs updating easily. The ability to schedule multiple pieces of content across many different hubs is a big help, especially as we have over 30 websites to update with just a team of two. Using Amplience makes it so much easier for us to handle our workload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

Sometimes the loading can be slow, and it can be confusing to use with different locales for different countries. Extra time is needed to go through locales as they work differently compared to the UK, making it harder to understand. We often have to manually go through slots to find the correct pieces of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Multichannel Content Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

What I like best about Amplience is how flexible it is for managing and publishing content across different channels. Once the content models are set up properly, it becomes much easier for marketing and content teams to build campaigns, update assets, and localize experiences without depending on developers for every change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

What I dislike about Amplience is that it can feel quite complex at the beginning. The setup and content modeling require a clear technical understanding, and for non-technical users the interface is not always immediately intuitive. Once everything is configured well, it works much better, but the learning curve can be noticeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amplience Has Changed the Game"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

What I like best about Amplience is how much it has improved my day-to-day work. Since our company introduced it, managing content across our websites and apps has become much faster and more efficient. As part of very small team who are responsible for more than 20 websites, Amplience has enabled us to make updates and content changes quickly, without the complexity and delays we experienced before. It has significantly streamlined our workflow and made it much easier to maintain a consistent experience across all our digital platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

The main area for improvement is the image upload process in Content Hub. Having to upload and then separately publish images adds an extra step to the workflow. Automatic publishing on image uploads would make the process more efficient. However, Amplience is always evolving and making improvements, which is something I really appreciate about the platform. "Amplience content creator"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

DAMs really helpful and easy for image storage and locating. Amplience feels very intuitive and clear in how its presented t users. We train multiple teams to use it and they always get the hang of it rapidly due to ease of use. Appears to be lots of upcoming integration possibilities. and the original onboarding was really seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

Content changes aren't instant. Some take five minutes some take up to 45 minutes. Doesn't seem to be any consistency but this could also be due to how it is setup within the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Backend-to-Frontend Consistency Makes Content Updates Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

I like the 1-1 match of the CMS backend to the front-end product. Whatever changes I made in the backend matched what I saw in the front-end, which made it easy to create and update content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

It was a bit too complicated for a general content-/editorial-focused CMS. Too big of a tool to run daily content operations, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Intuitive UI That Handles Large Image Libraries Smoothly"

What do you like best about Amplience?

The UI is quick and intuitive. The setting options are useful, and pretty easy to work through. They handle large image counts very smoothly, and we rarely have issues with imports or display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

Being able to add or import our own alt text without using the native AI-generation would be a nice feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Direct contact with Andre was beneficial. although sometimes limited the ease of the CMS can make some jobs very easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

I don’t think the limitations I’m encountering are an Amplience issue; they seem to stem more from the components we’ve developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
