The loading speed is excellent and you can directly pull the data in your S3 buckets. **What do you dislike about Amazon FSx for Lustre?** The user interface can be more friendly and easy to use. It needs technical knowledge, anyone without it won't be able to operate it correctly. Looks good except for that part. **What problems is Amazon FSx for Lustre solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the big problem of shared space on the cloud. This is fully managed, hence ther is no need to manage underlying file system and reduces management efforts and cost. **What do you dislike about Amazon FSx for Lustre?** Amazon FSx for Lustre capacity can not scale automatically and must be increased manually. Amazon FSx for Lustre also can not be used for Windows Operating systems. There should be hybid support model. **Recommendations to others considering Amazon FSx for Lustre:** Amazon FSx for Lustre is good for use cases where multiple servers need to access same file system simultaneously and does not need file locking. **What problems is Amazon FSx for Lustre solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Amazon FSx for Lustre for High-Performance Computing (HPC) workloads where multiple servers accessed data, processed and stored back results in the same file system - Amazon FSx for Lustre. It works perfectly for me. Again, easy to setup and maintain **What do you dislike about Amazon FSx for Lustre?** Weak in Enterprise services (SLA) And it’s not the best fit for banking and finance customers **What problems is Amazon FSx for Lustre solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using AWS S3 and EC2 to host our customer's campaign website, public videos clips, content management system etc. S3 is really easy to setup and we don't need to put a lot of effort to maintain it; the bandwidth is virtually unlimited and it is very helpful for video download. The availability is great, so we don't need to worry about server or storage failure.
