Go to cloudwatch --> search all logs screen. Here you will find a number filtering options. Majorly logs can be filtered for a relative time and absolute time. The good thing is while searching by relative time, we can input time in utc or your local time zone from where location you are accessing aws services.

AWS cloudwatch helps you monitor your aws services in realtime and maintain logs for them. Cloudwatch takes time to learn and to get the full use of it. Also cloudwatch don't support to add aggregation alarms and only support text form alarms and even that' snot very accurate. Cloudwatch log stream is not always on time. It might happen that some even occur and cloudwatch create an event for it after 30 mins and that can cause problems.
