Working with Almabase has been a great experience for us so far. They are very responsive when it comes to any questions that we have, whether it is via phone call or email. Right now we have monthly phone calls scheduled with our immediate rep and he is continuously working to help make things better for us.

Almabase is extremely user friendly and easy to manage from a backend perspective. A lot of the site is customizable and the customer support team is always there to work with you through any issues you have. We have been using Almabase for a few years now as our alumni engagement platform. We were one of the first users of Almabase and the support provided by the team has been amazing! We are able to use the platform for creating alumni directory, hosting events, creating fundraising pages, job posting etc. The Almabase team is always open to user feedback and develop features that are most relevant on a regular basis which we appreciate. Almabase has been a great database and networking platform for our NASA internship program's alumni. Our alumni like that they can update their data and communicate across groups, we like that we can keep track of their accomplishments and organize alumni events through the platform. Having a 48 campaign with Almabase resulted in our raising almost double the amount we had initially anticipated. The leaderboard created a fun sense of competition between the teams to try and raise more, propelling them to keep emailing and calling friends and family.
