The system is very easy to use and the user customization is great. I can take away access to users that do not need to access certain areas of the console and that is a very handy feature! I really like that you can sort the dashboard, so if I just need to see recent tasks or invoices they are right there where I can see them, no hunting them down. I would like a little more ease of use and customization in the gallery area as that is the bulk of our website. It's not hard there are just a lot of steps. I would also love to see the ability to rearrange the listing of the galleries myself, currently they are chronological by date entered. I have already posted to their forum about this so I am sure they are working on it, but I would also like the ability to change the amount of time on a time punch once it shows up in the shopping cart. In the restoration industry things some times take longer than anticipated, as a business we don't always want to pass the full cost of that to the customer. So when a tech clocks into something for 4 hours and we think maybe we should only charge 3 hours I would like to see the ability to change that right there as opposed to adding a 1 hour discount to the end of the invoice.
