However, is that really the best way to get clients when your product is deficient? I think not, however, Dave Kramer seems to be getting ahead this way. **What do you dislike about AllProWebTools?** My experience is that in order to get my business Shantal the Sales Rep told me incorrectly that my website had too many errors to save. That's because they don't program in WordPress, I've learned. After trying to work with their team, who does not communicate with each other, I contacted Dave Kramer the owner. He has NEVER called me back, sent me a not for NO refund and promptly forgot about me. Shantal however kept calling to sell me expensive SEO but the website was never produced. Their software is proprietary, so you can never own your own website. Dave employs people who will outright lie to your face and others who are disorganized and unable to produce a good website. Lastly, if you are thinking to ever have him help you solve your website problem, he won't. He'll send you a letter showing you a NO RFUND policy. You will never speak with him. I have used the tutorial videos, sit-down review of my site with AllProWebTools and phone support too. **What do you dislike about AllProWebTools?** I have had my site up for over 2 years and have not had any problems. Most of all they are patient in the way that they are able to take my needs and ideas from a non-technical perspective and get them into an appropriate format. But, they stay with it until everything works well. Before we got on with AllProWebTools we had order sheets on excel files, various different 3rd party services keeping track of our orders, pre-orders, sales leads, shipping information, etc. It was all very scattered, and didn't work together - AllProWebTools solves that. They take the needs of small businesses, some of which may have been easily overlooked, and consolidates them in to one easy to use system at an affordable price. As a small business we get many of the perks of a full-blown ERP-type system, at a fractions of the cost with excellent customer service. **What do you dislike about AllProWebTools?** The transition. It's hard as a new business owner to change what you are doing and what you are comfortable with. We had sup-par systems in place before AllProWebTools but those systems were ones we knew, and were comfortable with. It's hard to get everyone in your company to give up what they are used to and comfortable with to start using something different, but I'm glad we did. The benefit of AllProWebTools is that they are a growing company as well. They grow and adjust their systems all with feedback that they receive from clients. **What problems is AllProWebTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to streamline and organize the functions and duties of my small team. All while having my information in a much more central location. This allows for much greater efficiencies with our time, reduced errors in data transfer, and consolidated planning and organization. The old adage of Keep It Simple comes to mind and as a long time WordPress user the transition to APWT was easy. **What do you dislike about AllProWebTools?** The selection of certain buttons by color seems counter intuitive - but once I got the right color order I was all set. **Recommendations to others considering AllProWebTools:** There are many web companies but few who have the depth of marketing essential to a successful website and web strategy at a price point that is not "Enterprise" in nature. if you have experience of other suppliers and are still looking - what you have is clearly not meeting your expectations. Qualify those expectations and determine what gap needs to be filled. **What problems is AllProWebTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a consulting company and have our own site but also manage sites for other clients. Its crucial we are able to get sites up and running quickly but be able to adapt and modify the sites ourselves once they are operational. With a little guidance from Adam and the All Pro team I was able to design my entire website on my own. I'm even at the top of Google for my business and I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars over the years to get there. This system is very user friendly and makes adding pictures, videos and content very simple. I'm glad I found All Pro when I was looking for a host. Great team, great opportunities for you and your business. **What do you dislike about AllProWebTools?** The only thing I would change about this considering I built my entire website. I think it would be beneficial to have weekly classes either online or in person where you could continue to further your education in seo, adding videos etc. The YouTube videos for All Pro help but sometimes it's nice to be in person. **What problems is AllProWebTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to use our website as our primary marketing tool. Once we were optimized the phone didn't stop ringing. We have been able to reach customers that without the website would have been impossible to get to. Since the website has been complete sales have rapidly increased. The benefit, is that we didn't have to pay someone high dollar to create a website and optimize. In return we are able to put our extra marketing dollars into other effective forms of advertising. ### 15.
