We sell health insurance and during Open Enrollment everything must move quickly and seamlessly. We used to track clients with pieces of paper! I mentioned in a prior review that I could only schedule one task at a time - When the staff at APWT saw that, they called me and asked me if I had ever used the "Task" feature - DUH. No I had not.
