The insights were intuitive and incredibly beneficial for refining our model. The chat feature was notably intelligent—adeptly highlighting any gaps in our fields or issues with the training data. Integrating our test data from Google Sheets was also a smooth process. I would like to express my gratitude to the Akkio team as well. The warm welcome from the five professionals on our introductory call set a positive tone for what has been an invaluable support in model development and feature enhancement. If there's one thing that could make it even better, it would be expanded API capabilities. Being able to create visualizations quickly and use the tool to ideate is key. The data connects easily from your source, and the data-cleaning functionality makes it quick to start. We have not explored predictive modeling yet, but for finding insights in datasets, we are implementing it into everything we do. **What do you dislike about Akkio?** Nothing. Any suggestions I provide to the Akkio customer success team, and we talk through the possibilities and potential workarounds. **What problems is Akkio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have always been trying to standardize and measure our engagements with our clients. Using various tools, we have worked to benchmark our clients and then improve their results from there. We use for our ecommerce businesses in key areas like digital marketing. It's an fast and effective way to analyze data and test new ideas on how to use machine learning models to develop a competitive edge. **What do you dislike about Akkio?** It's sometimes hard to generate predictive models with high accuracy. A feature suggesting how to improve accuracy by changing data structure, the selection of predicted variable, etc. would be useful. **What problems is Akkio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it primarily to analyze digital marketing data and come up with improved strategies based the variables that we control. The Explore feature has great analytical value and it's a nice set up to create predictive models. ### 6.
