Because sometimes, I cannot adjust the input data, if I change, the bot has errors and cannot release the right format result. Importantly, they made a smart bot for my department, friendly for non-tech users. **What do you dislike about akaBot?** Although the team is good at technology, they need to spend more time learning our major process. Each bank has its own rules and process as well. For example, I have to recalculate the amount of loan interest for both individual customers and enterprises. C-trix automation has not be native to akaBot so it's quite difficult for us to automated 1 process deployed by 2 different PCs. Before applying it, I had to work on excel files, transferring from our general system to each branch and credit approval officers. My scope comes from all departments, all credit approval officers responsible for the client's debt amount. After getting the report, I had to sort out which client is near the due date and send an email to them for following pushing action; this process is within the crisis prevention. After getting the Bot, it replaced some of my tasks such as scanning the client, the amount, due date, arranging it to the nearest/ farther date, indicating branches/ officers. The first one, because the security of the bank is quite high, which the deployment team did not take into account, it takes a long time to set up.
