"Precise Automation of Recurring Cloud Support Tickets"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

The context ingestion engine is rather sophisticated. It does not simply rely on keyword matching but uses our technical knowledge base and infrastructure logs to generate a technically accurate response. For an IT service desk, this allows our Tier-1 engineers to reduce the cognitive effort needed to respond to mundane access or hosting provisioning requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

Modular customization within the policy dashboard can be improved. In case we need to tweak some parameter related to a certain escalation rule or bypass the preconfigured one, it is not very flexible to implement the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Fit with Our Helpdesk—AI Takes Care of Repetitive Tasks"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

The ability to work alongside our existing helpdesk without changing our workflow. The AI handles repetitive tasks while our agents step in only when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

The analytics are already useful, but I’d really appreciate a few more customizable report options for executive dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean integration into our ticketing flow"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

It captures incoming tickets within our active queues very quickly. Draft mode is useful in the way that I don’t need to start writing answers for standard questions from the beginning. It is just sitting quietly, generating a proper response based on our documentation and saving me a ton of time on typing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

Settings page for the backend, especially when you want to customize the way that sub-agents will operate can be quite difficult at the beginning. You need some time for tuning of the style, and analytics dashboard could include more detailed metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Lead Qualification, Ideal for Agencies"
5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

I use Aissist.io to handle lead qualifications for my agency. It starts the conversation, asks the right questions, and figures out whether they are a good fit before I ever get involved. It saves me time by filtering out unqualified leads upfront, so I only spend time on leads that are actually worth pursuing. By the time a lead reaches me, Aissist.io has already done the groundwork, and I go into every conversation fully prepared. The initial setup was easy, and I would definitely recommend Aissist.io to a friend or colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

The qualifying questions could be smarter. Right now, I have to manually set up every question myself. If it could learn from past conversations and suggest better qualifying questions over time, that would save a lot of setup work. It should understand instantly based on our past discussions. "Investors conversations feel easier to keep up with"
4/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

A surprising amount of our day is spent answering variations of the same investor questions. Once we introduced Aissist.io, those conversations stopped eating up so much attention from the core team, especially around new users trying to understand how everything works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

There's definitely a balance to strike with tone. In real estate investing, people are cautious with money, so replies that feel too automated can create hesitation if you don't fine-tune things carefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Made client follow-ups feel a lot less chaotic"
4/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

We deal with a mix of membership questions, appointment changes, wellness inquiries, and first-time visitor follow-ups everyday, and keeping track of all of it across locations was getting messy. The biggest difference for me has honestly been consistency, clients aren't waiting around as often for basic responses anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

At first, our team overcomplicated the setup trying to account for every possible customer scenario. Once we simplified things, it worked much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Better Visibility Across Homeowner Communication"
4/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

Construction timelines shift constantly, and that usually creates a flood of homeowner questions all at once. What worked well for us was having conversations summarized clearly enough that project teams could jump into a thread without spending time digging through long update histories first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

The system handles structured updates well, though unusual construction delays or permitting situations still require a lot of manual explanation from our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good balance between automation and member support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

People using a home swapping platform usually have very situational questions, so rigid automation tends to break down quickly. I appreciated that our team could still stay closely involved where needed instead of forcing every conversation through a fully automated flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

There's still a fair amount of judgment involved in trust-based travel communities, so deciding exactly where automation should stop took more experimentation than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes campaign interaction handling far easier during launch periods"
4/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

Gaming campaigns generate huge bursts of conversation across regions, especially around launches, drops, and promotional events. What I appreciated the most was how responses could stay tailored to different audience segments instead of sounding identical across every interaction. That matters a lot when you're communicating with highly engaged communities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

Several audience segments required additional fine-tuning before the messaging felt completely natural across different regions and campaign styles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Made Member Support Feel Less Fragmented"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aissist.io?

Our community reaches out about everything from travel perks to reservations and concierge-style requests, so conversations rarely follow a clean script. I liked that the platform could adapt without making interactions feel stiff or transactional, which is important for a membership-based experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aissist.io?

Luxury and hospitality-focused members usually expect very polished interactions, so we ended up spending extra time refining tone and response behavior during rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
