Instead of asking you to upload or migrate anything, it automatically discovers every contract already sitting in your inbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive, then keeps track of what's changed, what's renewing, and what notice period each one actually requires. The average UK SME carries around 800 supplier contracts, but only about a quarter keep them all in one place — the rest live wherever they landed, which is how renewal dates and auto-renewal clauses get missed. Agreemnt surfaces that automatically: fine-print analysis flags liability caps, auto-renewal terms, and compliance issues; renewal alerts account for the real notice period, not just the end date; and an AI Q&A feature lets you ask plain-English questions about any contract's terms. It also reconciles with the accounting tools UK businesses already use — Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, and Sage — and flags IR35 signals on contractor agreements.
