Honestly, the thing I like most is that I don’t have to worry about my bots going wild. I can set a sending limit on each one, and if something looks off there’s a single button that pauses everything. Nothing major, but a few small things. Mail only goes out from US servers for now, with EU sending still on the roadmap, which matters if you have European customers. The free plan only keeps your email history for 7 days, so you have to remember to export stuff. And since it’s a newer product, there’s less community content and fewer tutorials than the bigger names, so I sometimes had to dig through the docs a bit more. In my case, I used to use Resend and wanted to manage a few projects for transactional emails. I found out that I had to create a new account or pay extra for each domain and still have low limits.
