Agbonest Reviews & Product Details

Agbonest is an all-in-one property maintenance and inspection management platform for property managers and public housing agencies. It replaces scattered email/text/paper workflows with one system covering the full cycle: inspections, work orders, contractor assignment and invoicing, pool maintenance logging, function room booking, and payment/tax reporting. A phone-verified contractor portal (no login required) lets contractors view assigned jobs, complete work orders, and submit invoices for manager approval — all scoped securely by company. Built for property management companies, public housing authorities, and HOAs that need NSPIRE/REAC-ready inspection documentation and a single source of truth instead of juggling AppFolio, Buildium, or spreadsheets on the side.
