"Intuitive, Stable, and Seamlessly Integrated—Adobe XD Makes Design Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe XD?

The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. I also like how well integrated it is with my computer in the sense that I am able to drag and drop images from my desktop and into Adobe XD. The performance is also great. I have not experienced fatal crashes, and in the event of a crash, Adobe XD preloads my saved work so I can continue from where I left off.

In terms of the setup process, I find it very easy because I was able to install it from Adobe Creative Cloud, which already houses all other Adobe products, so finding it is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe XD?

I feel like its price is too expensive simply because one can not buy a standalone Adobe XD subscription, you can only buy it as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Fast, and Effortless UI/UX Design with Adobe XD"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe XD?

Adobe XD has been one of the best UI UX design tools I’ve used over the last few years because the interface feels clean, fast, and easy to work with even on larger projects. I especially like the prototyping experience since it makes creating user flows, transitions, and interactive designs much smoother without needing extra tools. Over time, I’ve designed many UI screens and concepts in XD, and the workflow has always felt comfortable for both wireframing and detailed design work. Another thing I appreciate is how simple the layout and tools are compared to some heavier design platforms, which helps maintain focus during long design sessions. What do you dislike about Adobe XD?

One thing that has felt disappointing with AdobeXD recently is the slower pace of updates and feature improvements compared to other modern UI UX design tools. While the software is still smooth for prototyping and interface design, collaboration and advanced design workflow features can sometimes feel limited for larger team projects. I also think Adobe could improve performance optimization for heavier files and make plugin integrations more flexible. For new users, some creative workflow features that competitors provide more actively are still missing or not evolving fast enough. The core experience is still solid, but Adobe should focus more on innovation and longterm product improvements to keep XD more competitive for professional designers and growing teams. "Truly Easy, Student-Friendly Prototyping in Adobe XD"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe XD?

What I like best about Adobe XD is that it feels easy to jump into. It does not feel overwhelming, especially for students or people who are still building confidence in UX design.

The most helpful part is being able to quickly turn an idea into something visual. You can make a few screens, connect them, test a flow, and start explaining the experience without needing to be some expert designer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe XD?

What I dislike about Adobe XD is that it feels like it got left behind a little. It was once a really strong tool for beginners and quick prototyping, but now it feels less supported compared to tools like Figma.

The least helpful part is when teams are already using something else. Then Adobe XD becomes harder to justify, even if it is easy to use.

The downside is you can learn the basics, but still need to switch tools later for real team workflows, handoff, and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI/UX Design and Prototyping That Speeds Up Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe XD?

Adobe XD is very helpful for designing UI/UX layouts and building interactive prototypes. Its clean interface and intuitive drag-and-drop tools make it easy to put screens together quickly without adding unnecessary complexity. I especially like how components and repeat grids speed up the workflow, particularly when I’m working across multiple screens and need consistency. It also integrates well with other Adobe tools, which makes managing and reusing assets much easier. Overall, it’s a solid way to create, review, and test designs efficiently before moving into development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe XD?

Adobe XD is easy to use, but it feels limited in some advanced features compared to other UI/UX tools. The prototyping options are good, but not as flexible for complex interactions. Collaboration features could also be improved, especially for real-time teamwork. Additionally, updates and new features have slowed down, which makes it feel less active compared to other design tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Seamless Design Workflow with Great Adobe Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe XD?

Very user friendly and quick to learn/understand for non-coder designers. It's very easy to organize files and import images and other assets from other Adobe programs. The preview mechanism in both mobile and desktop is very useful for refining website designs.

I have never had any issues with loading pages or assets, and the software itself is very seamless.

I've never had any major issues with the software, but Adobe has been pretty good at replying to any bugs or fixes, with the software being optimized and automatically updated pretty regularly.

A very good value for the cost, and a very good alternative for front end development and still being backend development-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe XD?

It can't do everything that photoshop, Illustrator, or Indesign can do—so it's best to use those applications for in-depth graphics or text formatting. Photoshop and Illustrator both have decent AI integrations for quick fixes that XD doesn't seem to have as of yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super Handy for Wireframes and Mockups, with Easy Asset Exports"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe XD?

I have been using XD for the last 5 years already, it's super handy to prepare wireframes and mockups. Also downloading some 3rd party libraries you have assets you can use to create your mocks faster.

It's easy to export assets in different formats.

As I have my Adobe Cloud account, it's an affordable tool, considering I also use Photoshop, Illustrator, among other Adobe tools.

So far, I never experienced an issue that required me to contact support.

Even though there is no AI tool for XD, there are for Photoshop and other tools. These help me create better assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe XD?

It's useful for me for creating mocks when I don't need others to collab.

But it lacks of real-time collaboration.

And it doesn't have a robuts plugin ecosystem.

There is no version control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, simple, and easy to use: an excellent tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe XD?

It is fast, simple, and easy to handle. It lacks details in text handling and PSD imports, but otherwise, it is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe XD?

I don't like that it doesn't have bullet points, I don't like that I can't add .psd files, I don't like that it's very complex to create buttons to spaces or sections since it relies on an anchor system, I don't like that multiple videos can't be played automatically. I hate that the client has to do many things to be able to view, it would be good if the comment options were with buttons on a fixed bar at the bottom of the screen. "Feels Like a Separate App Despite Strong Adobe Integration"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe XD?

I love how easily it integrates with other Adobe apps, like Cloud Libraries, and how I can copy and paste directly from an Illustrator document. It makes it simple to maintain style consistency across different screen designs. It’s also easy to set up a usable prototype and quickly impress a client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe XD?

Although it integrates well, it still feels like a completely separate app. Unlike Figma, where you can create vectors in the same file you’re using to design screens and prototypes, this keeps those tasks split across different places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use with Strong Adobe Integration, But Updates and Support Fell Off"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe XD?

I like how easy it is to use, and how well it integrates with other Adobe products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe XD?

I hate that they stopped updating and supporting this app. I also wish it were easier to convert files from XD to Figma, because the process feels more difficult than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Code-Free Prototyping That Makes Client Presentations Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe XD?

Speed of being about to spin up a design without having to code or create on page maker. Being able to create links from screen to screen is helpful for presenting to clients. Changes and iterations are super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe XD?

Lack of portability. I work in Webflow primarily and there is just not a good solid path from XD to Webflow. A minor, but bothersome is not being able to control where you zoom to when you zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
