**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager Guides?**

As a marketing professional, I find Adobe Experience Manager’s DAM feature incredibly helpful. It saves so much time by keeping all our assets in one place, and the AI-powered tagging makes finding what I need super easy. Plus, being able to reuse assets across campaigns without duplicating effort is a game-changer for efficiency

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager Guides?**

AEM's DAM is great, but it’s not very user-friendly for beginners, and setting it up can take a lot of time. Plus, it’s quite expensive, which might not work for smaller teams or businesses.

we have 3 ecommerce business and 5 ware housers and multiple shipping platforms , to maintain our digital assets and content in one place so from wordpress to we shifted to ADE in one plae my team can manage all the content for the client easy user dashboard it very good to glance.

1.it provide powerful tools for managing websites , mobile apps and forms , making it easy to create , edit and publish content.
2. it has advance personalization feature enabling tailored content delivery based on user behaviour , demographics and prefrences.
3. it has a user friendly interface which make it easy to use and understand . 
4. adobe provides extensive documentation, professional  support , and an active user community,helping users maximize the platform potential .

1. it is a premium solution with a significant price tag , which may be prohibitive for the small bussiness . 
2. setting up and customizing AEM can be complex and time consuming , sometimes requiring technical expertise .

**What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager Guides?**

Good way to create, manage & deliver the product documentation for all multiple channels. We can easily access and publish the content daily directly from AEM to social channels with one click and managing the complete reporting for each asset.
Best customer support and you can ask directly to team or check in the release notes for any new features.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager Guides?**

Need technical expertise & implementation to understand the whole product initially and once you are done with your training, you are good to go with the product usage.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager Guides solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Imporving consistency of the content/asset and collaboration of it.  If teams are making changes into the asset/content, we can track the entire goverance out of it and this helps to secure the content changes. This also has approval workflows which is really important on a governance level and can track the activity of it.

It simplifies creation and management of structured content with user-friendly, DITA-based authoring tools. Makes content resuse easier across multiple outputs.

Plus point is the seamless integration with the Adobe ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager Guides?**

Customisation can be complex and requires technical expertise. There are also occasional performance issues with large content volumes.

There is a steep learning curve for new users and supports limited integration with non adobe systems.

The main problem we are trying to solve is content management, localisation and ensuring content reuse and consistency across demographies on a single platform. 

Adobe Experience Manager Guides offers tools to to create documentation such as product documentation, user guides, and knowledgebases with built in version management.

Its super easy to scale, since we started out small. Also makes publishing faster with the cloud-native architecture. Was fairly easy to implement and get started with, and iv never had to use customer support given how quickly it can be learned.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager Guides?**

A bit on the pricier side as compared to its competition. Still is great value for the options and processes it provides.

**What problems is Adobe Experience Manager Guides solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use AEMG for web-based content creation and management. This includes collateral for our websites, our social media and our on ground events and campaigns that we run from time to time.

AEM does not support extracting fragments from XFA-based forms or XFA scripts. The meta-model also does not work for the choice group.
