I’d like to share feedback on the current renewal process, which continues to be a major source of frustration for me each year.

Having to wait to be assigned a new account representative, and then go through multiple rounds of back-and-forth emails just to complete a renewal and receive an invoice, feels unnecessarily inefficient. As it stands, it takes far more time and effort than what should be a straightforward transaction.

Too often, the process stretches well beyond a reasonable timeframe—frequently more than two weeks—which is especially disappointing given the expectation of streamlined operations in 2026. Since this happens repeatedly, it feels like there’s a clear opportunity to improve how renewals are handled and completed.

Apple’s app is well-designed and easy for anyone to use. It works well on the free plan, and it doesn’t keep popping up just to push you to pay. The paid features feel reasonable, and I like how they’ve implemented everything: you can choose what you want without any fuss. If you want to change something, you can simply go into Settings and adjust it. Nothing feels forced.

It’s also a great app for reading documents. I especially like the audio feature. Even with the free version, I feel comfortable listening to the voice I prefer while reading along. The document forecast and summaries are amazing too, since they’re pulled directly from each document. Overall, the performance is impressive.

I’ve used this app for years to read books on my phone, and also on my system to view documents and other details. One feature I always missed was a quick “define” option when highlighting a word—an instant, dictionary-style definition. They finally added it, and I was genuinely happy to see it, but only briefly.
