What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect?

Hi everyone,

I would like to explain that it is good in any type of recovery. Speed is too good compared to other solutions and we are happy with Acronis. We have recovered a lot of VMs and systems without any trouble and support is good; they respond in 3-4 hours, which is the best point. Sometimes where other backup solutions do not support, Acronis will support. Like in Veeam backup, I have also used SUSE server which is not supported, but here in Acronis it is possible. It recovered properly without any issue; there are multiple options for recovery, entire machine and file level recovery.

It is the best solution for backup.

As I have mentioned, its speed is too good. We have a lot of servers for recovery, and clients provide us less time to recover. During that time, Acronis performs well and supports maximum flavors of OS. It is also beneficial for us as we need to take SUSE server backup because other backup solutions do not support it. What problems is Acronis Cyber Protect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using the tool, which only allows Image/Entire machine level backup, and the entire/image-level recovery. However, Acronis helps us to create the Entire Machine level backup, which also offers Granular recovery. Like if I have taken the Entire machine backup, I can also restore the File/Folder from the Entire Machine backup. Acronis also helps us to take Application-aware backups for our MSSQL and Oracle Database while selecting the Entire Machine level backup and this helps us to perform the recovery of Entire Machine, File/Folder and even we can recover our Database, whenever needed from the Backups. What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect?

This product combines antivirus, computer patching, computer management, remote control, immutable backups, EDR, XDR, mail protection, and it will back up your computer, VM, server, and do it locally and/or to the cloud while allowing disaster recovery locally or in the cloud on whichever machine or cloud location you desire.

If you want to backup Google Workspace or Office 365 it will do everything for a small monthly charge per user. The cost is negligible for the protection this product provides!

It's hard to believe how much is packed in, and it's all a la carte, so you can choose and change at will what products you are using or want to try out. No contracts.

The ease of integration and recovery can't be overstated. Your backups can be onsite and impossible for ransomware to access due to the cloud control and immutable backups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect?

Google Workspace, due to the way Google works, is a little tricky to backup and integrate, which is why an MSP is always valuable for these implementations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acronis Cyber Protect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have Trend Micro for Antivirus and Mail protection, Connectwise Automate / Labtech for endpoint patching and management, and we used Acronis for backups. Acronis has now taken over every one of these roles and does it all from one pane of glass and does it less expensively and easily than the other products.

Anyone that has used Labtech / Connectwise Automate knows what I'm talking about when it's complicated. Not everyone needs every little feature that product offers, and for a third of that cost we can now perform patch management for our clients in a more reliable fashion. We have been using Acronis backup Solutions since last 4 months, using Acronis Backup Solutions we are planning and keeping our data over Cloud. They should improve their customer support and service, during setup they provided free deployment but for other services they are asking for extra charges for any technical support. We are keeping our on prem backup to Acronis cloud by using Acronis Backup solutions. I have scheduled backup for File server, SQL database as well as entire machine backup database we have schedule for cloud backup. We are getting notification whenever backups are completing successfully. We have deployed this solution on cloud and have procured license for one agent and 500GB storage. Easy to implement and use. Multi-configurable, you have configuration options for any type of Backup you need. Very easy to assimilate interface, very user-friendly, providing a very positive user experience. Reliable when it comes to retrieving stored backups. In case you need support, they are very quick to resolve reported issues, in addition to having a very extensive knowledge base. It integrates perfectly with the Operating Systems we use in our company. We perform backups daily, 365 days a year. The critical data is securely backed up and easily recoverable incase of any disaster failures , malware attacks, or accidental deletions. It can schedule automatic backups which is great.
