There's nothing I've ever experienced that the tech support team could not address immediately. I've never had to escalate a problem either. I once used Cloud Nine Real Time and their customer service was horrible. They could not help you if you called and you had to jump through what felt like many hoops before your issue was even acknowledged. I will NEVER use anyone but ACE Cloud Hosting from now on!
