However, this is an issue with our ISP and not Ace Could Hosting. **What problems is Ace Cloud Application Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** QuickBooks Hosting with Ace Cloud allows our staff to access the same programs and files while working in the office and remotely with little to no lag or downtime. Previously our firm utilized remote access software to provide a similar capability; however, that software was extremely demanding on our in-office computers and created lag for the staff member working remotely and others trying to work in the office. Additionally, clients with large QuickBooks files would overload the system. If my client's ever have an issue they can also call Customer/Technical Support and their problems are addressed and resolved immediately as well. I do not have to take time out of my schedule to take care of it for them and that's AWESOME in my opinion. **What do you dislike about Ace Cloud Application Hosting?** There's nothing I've ever experienced that the tech support team could not address immediately. I've never had to escalate a problem either. I once used Cloud Nine Real Time and their customer service was horrible. They could not help you if you called and you had to jump through what felt like many hoops before your issue was even acknowledged. You can still access your data file from any location as long as you have internet and a Remote Desktop Connection. ACE will even take the back-up of your data file and upload it to their cloud environment for you! You literally don't have to do much to work with them and I love that too!
