If you are using a modern Mac, Account Edge runs in a Windows emulator window that looks like Windows 95. Performance isn't great and reports take a long time to generate. I have been a customer since 2009. I had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL IN MY LIFE TODAY.

I'm absolutely dumbfounded at how our call went. I called to discuss my options to upgrade. I'm a Mac user and wanted to know my options. She told me about the subscription service, which I already knew. I'm willing to try it, even though it looks like a very dated version of Windows on my Mac. Someone last year sent me a link to try it. I didn't have time to fuss with it because at the time I ended up having Covid and was sick, so it expired.

I asked her to reinstate the trial. She can't do that.

I asked her to speak with a manager. She can't do that.

I literally cannot use your product now unless I purchase it immediately and start the subscription.

After 13 years of being an AccountEdge (formerly MYOB), you're going to lose me, and when I told her this, she acted like she couldn't care less.
