The ability to have full visibility over multiple projects removes the admin so we can assess our productivity, profitability and work loads to ensure we're delivering great projects, on time.

We're still in the very early stages of Accelo and the only problems we have encountered so far is that, at times, we don't like the auto time being added to peoples schedules. This is easily rectified though!

We can plan in detail but have the real-time optics across every user so that we can react to the daily challenges in completing workload and make the adjustments to keep everyone well utilised and client work on track. We have a fully processed project management system with and with the transparency internally and externally on project progress and cost. It is a system used at all levels of our business from completing individual tasks, to managing projects to making cost decisions.

Not all of the extra features I would like which could reduce admin time are yet available but with the number of new features released since we started using the system and the visibility they provide on their roadmap, I am very confident that we will see them in the near future.

They really thought through some of the recurring pain points of an agency; one of the only options we encountered who had "Retainers" with the right amount of flexibility for our needs.

Some small details could be more customizable, like client messaging buttons, etc. Invoicing is a little cumbersome if you are working with multiple retainers and it's clear the software wasn't built for that use case.

Creating a template for each project. So that once you are starting projects you are able to plug in your template and set your dates accordingly. Then each task is dependent on the next.

The projects that i am putting through are pretty basic. I am using accelo projects very simply and not getting into using / looking at the extra features that it gives for dates and setting hours.

Accelo solves the problem of our team not knowing what is next. I can set up projects and tasks and then set the dates out. So that they know what is next on their list.

No PM system is perfect and we have tried a dozen. This by far is the best one we have used. The easy integrations and flexible api are two of the major items that we needed. The google integration and quickbooks integration are great.

Using all the features is a lot to manage because it does so many things. Everything is does has been great for us.

One of the major problems is client tracking and information. The google integration allows managers to follow information threads which help answer and solve problems quickly.

I love the Stream feature - showing all emails between clients. I think that helps especially in my business. I also like the time tracking feature and the performance dashboard too - it gets a little friendly competition within our website! My company mainly uses the tasking dropdown and the time tracking and those have been super helpful.

The time tracking can be a little tricky to use - but overall I really like this feature as well. But overall, I don't have any major complaint about Accelo - i think it's a great site. Sometimes my emails do not show up in stream - so its really frustrating.

Anyone can look back at client communications or check the status of a task to figure out exactly where we stand.
