The customer support team is super responsive and always ready to help us out. I love how many customization options there are—you can really make the widget match your branding perfectly. The integration capabilities are incredible, seamlessly connecting with our web and CRM tools. I've checked out other services, and none of them come close to what SweepWidget offers. The variety of entry methods, like social media follows, email sign-ups, and referrals across countless platforms gives us so much flexibility. Plus, the pricing is one of the most competitive, even at the premium & enterprise levels. **What do you dislike about SweepWidget?** The UX/UI is pretty simplistic, but the functionality and customer support makes up for it. **What problems is SweepWidget solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need a tool to incentivize referrals and shares with a sweepstakes component. The support from customer care is next-level. My unique user case required integration with my e-commerce store (WooCommerce). The support team was super-helpful and created a customisable option that allowed me to incentivise dollar spending in addition to social media and sign-ups. **What do you dislike about SweepWidget?** A few useful features are only available for the higher price tiers, which could be helpful in the lower plans; otherwise, you can do much even with the most basic plan. **What problems is SweepWidget solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run a seasonal competition to activate customer sales on specific products while growing our email database and socials. I needed a way to validate customer purchases of particular products and give entry points based on what was purchased. A more basic version of this existed when purchasing a license. After contacting customer support for guidance on how to set it up, they reviewed my user case and created a customised module that suited my needs. I am blown away by the support I have received. ### 3. The Instagram and newsletter integrations are great.They offer a "free" service which is great if you are collecting emails. **What do you dislike about SweepWidget?** The good features are gatekeeped, and the subscription is kind of expensive. There are workarounds for having someone "Like" your facebook page, but the follow up ability is kind of weak. It would be helpful for them to have more podcasting integrations. **What problems is SweepWidget solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowing me to improve the reach of my social media pages without getting shadow banned. I can increase engagement on different social media sites instead of just the one in which the post is hosted. ### 7. Best Free Give Away Site Ever ! ! **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** paul s. | Senior ICT Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021 **What do you like best about SweepWidget?** it's main features are free, I was able to setup a give away in minutes, it has lots and lots of options with regards to the give away type, just pick which one you want to use and boom! your on to a winner. it's easy to pick a winner using the different types of give always that you can setup. **What do you dislike about SweepWidget?** Nothing really. most of the features i needed are free, but it has a ton of great ones if you need that little bit extra, for a small reasonable price. however with regards to the site layout, i think it could be made sleeker, it looks and feels a little bit dated in the way the site is made, and i think it just needs a little bit more attention to the look and feel to make it the best, that's not to say that it's hard to find anything, it's really really easy, but it's just the only thing that i can think of that is even close to a negative for this site. other than that it's really great ! **Recommendations to others considering SweepWidget:** Just use it ! Compared to other sites that are very similar to this, and maybe more popular. this one is just simple to use. **What problems is SweepWidget solving and how is that benefiting you?** giving something away that makes it easy and simple. it's so simple, easy and just works ! It is simple to setup and is easy to add to a Wordpress site using shortcodes. We were very happy with the increase in social media and newsletter signups from our giveaway. **What do you dislike about SweepWidget?** The ability to offer users extra entries for sharing the giveaway on social media is wonderful and effective, but on many platforms it works on a kind of honor system, meaning that users simply need to claim they shared the giveaway. I wish there was an option to give users an entry only if their shared link was used to enter the giveaway, but I understand this is a technical limitation that may be impractical. So mostly wishful thinking rather than a complaint. **What problems is SweepWidget solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously used an entry form for our giveaways that only required a user to enter an email address, but we wanted to find a way to both increase the popularity of our giveaways and use them to boost our social media following. After reviewing a couple other similar tools (and trying one similar tool that was full of errors) we decided SweepWidget was the best value. We were not disappointed and enjoyed a significant increase in both giveaway entries and social media followers. ### 10. Designers will love the freedom you have with the advanced styling editor. Their CSS editor and design editor literally allow you to style every aspect of the giveaway. We didn't want the giveaway to look like it was just plopped in our website and didn't fit.
